About 8 months or so ago, there were 2 young guys working here and the service was awesome!!! Then I went in one day and both of the young guys were gone, there was an older guy there alone. He may be the owner. His customer service was so bad, that I vowed to not ever go in there again, and I haven't! He doesn't say hello or look at you when u come in, or even smile. He is so rude, almost like he doesn't want you to bother him. Bad customer service! I took my business elsewhere! The only way I would ever go back would be, if he brought the two young guys back! I give him one star if that! He needs to be kinder to the customers who walk in there!!!

I checked on their page and all their advertising says they had a notary service. I drove there wasting time and gasoline. When I arrived I stood in a very long line with zero acknowledgment. I understand that customer service can take longer these days but I knew I would get help because they had a notary on duty sign in their window. After a 25 minute wait they tell me they no longer offer the service. Just skip this place.

Excellent and personal customer service from greeting to finalizing the service and even after service care. I had passport photos taken here 3 weeks ago and the renewal was rejected because I forgot to sign and date the form, and for some weird reason did not accept the photo; but fail to say what was wrong. I went back to the store and asked for new photos taken and explained the situation. Andrew did not understand why the agency rejected the photo and proceeded to take a new one. When it was done, he stapled the new picture to the application and asked me to sign and date the form, and handed me a USPS priority and tracking package to mail in the form. When I proceeded to pay for the purchases, he told me it was free. I was astounded because he has every right to charge me. Outstanding service and generous spirit! Thank YOU!

Not only was Andrew so friendly on the phone after Walgreens wouldn't accept my fedex package drop off (too big! But they could have been friendlier about how they told me- especially since I lugged in such a huge package and I was tired!)but he met me at my car with a dolly! Above and beyond nice customer service. Thank you!!

Zero is my true rating! I recently used Postal Annex on Ventu to ship a very collectible item that was purchased through e bay. I asked to have it shipped and insured, overnight, with Fedex for several thousands of dollars. In less than 24 hours, the item arrived opened and destroyed. After filing claims, I was informed by corporate Postal Annex that they would not pay for the insured item because Ventu Postal Annex did not inspect the item when he put it in the bubble mailer. Fedex would not pay because Postal Annex did not actually insure it with Fedex per my request. Although my receipt shows "shipped with Fedex, insured for $3000." After weeks of waiting, inquiring, and providing all documentation (photos and receipts) the owner of Postal Annex offers to pay $164 because he says the item purchased is not worth 3k. However, the receipt and comps provided, prove the value of the item. Now the owner is suddenly "unavailable." I was not informed the item needed inspection because Postal Annex "was unaware of their own policies." I would have been totally okay with inspection. I was not informed during the purchase of insurance by Postal Annex, that he would be insuring my item with his own company, not Fedex as requested. Fedex could pay the claim if the item had been insured with Fedex. Bottom line, if a company (Postal Annex) makes mistakes and fails to know and/or communicate policies, then Postal Annex is responsible for the claim and should pay their claims. To take extra insurance fees from a customer, promise the item is properly insured, then give the runaround and ultimately refuse to pay, is absolutely fraudulent. Between the owner's 3 stores, I can guess he makes quite a lot off of insurance fees on packages that arrive safely. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I hope the community thinks twice before supporting Postal Annex.

I like to compliment a business, when I'm happy with their service. This Postal Annex is in my neighborhood. That makes it ideal for me to use. Recently, I had to get a passport photo and needed document copies. The staff there are friendly, and professional. I received what I needed; and I thought it was a good price for the photo and copies. I would use again; and I would recommend their business to everyone. Thank you for starting your business in my home area. That makes for easy access.

Love this place and the people working there. Service is always friendly, prompt and efficient. They offer passport photos, mailbox rentals, and more. The best part is there is rarely any lines!

Excellent customer service from Andrew and Sheryl! I only rely on this Postal Annex for all of my personal and business mailing needs. They are very helpful, honest, and I can depend on getting my mailing and shipping needs done correctly. I highly recommend utilizing Postal Annex. My husband's business has trusted Andrew with confidential documents for years. I also appreciate that I can email them and they are able to print up documents for me.

Do NOT trust Postal Annex with your FedEx packages. I really like these folks- I've been dropping off my FedEx packages for years. Little did I know, I was just lucky. I dropped off a package for priority overnight shipping around noon. They had it on their docket for the day. BUT, they don't make sure the FedEx driver scans the packages when they pick them up- so then, no one takes responsibility when your package isn't delivered. When I asked, he said, "sometimes the drivers scan the packages when they pick them up and sometimes they don't". FedEx didn't scan my package until after it was supposed to be at its destination the following day. FedEx says that's when it was entered into the system, and Postal Annex says FedEx picked it up the day I dropped it off. It was over $108 to send priority overnight. It would have been $54 for second day (the service I got). I disputed the $54, but FedEx says screw you, and so does Postal Annex. It would have been delivered the next day if I dropped it off at FedEx. I'm writing this to suggest you do that, too! Shame- they're super nice, but unreliable! It's really on FedEx and their apparently lazy drivers, but Postal Annex doesn't make sure packages entrusted to them are scanned in on pick-up.
