We have been here many times for many different purchases and we appreciate how thorough this place is and incredibly welcoming. They helped our 6 year old get his first bike and they did a full sizing and tune up for my husband's bike. We have had yellow indestructible tires put onto all our strollers which has been super helpful for having no flats on various trail runs. Thank you so much!

I went there with an issue of a back tire. The service guy was so nice so helpful. The guy that did the work did awesome work was my first time in there and I will definitely be going back such great customer service even the sales people that I talk to while I was waiting Knew I wasn’t gonna buy a bike but explained to me all the cool stuff on the new bikes these days I highly recommend this place for service and purchasing a new bicycle. They have the top-of-the-line stuff.

I had the pleasure of visiting Newbury Park Bike Shop yesterday while I was in the area for work. I was thrilled to find that they had the exact brand of bike I’d been eyeing. Warren, who helped me out, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with expertise.
What really stood out was Warren’s friendly humor and wit, which made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. I wasn’t expecting such a high level of personal service, but Warren even went the extra mile to help me install my trunk mount bike rack.
I couldn’t be happier with my choice and am grateful for Warren’s assistance. For my next bike purchase, Newbury Park Bike Shop will definitely be my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal bike shop! Goldie helped me out today finding some shoes. He was extremely patient and very helpful. And teachable! Can’t recommend this shop enough.

Drove to this shop from LA just to pick up an Assos bib, but the store was so well stocked that I ended up picking up some other goods as well. The employees were very kind and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this place for any of your cycling needs. They've earned a customer for life.

I love this bike shop. Warren helped me from selection, making sure the road bike fit me perfectly, the how to's of the bike, to walking out the door. He answered all my questions, always had things...the bike and more recently a bike rack, ready for me when I arrived at the shop. A long overdue 5 star rating as I purchased a mountain bike there years ago, still have it, still love it. Great shop with great customer service.

Awesome bike shop! Awesome service! I just purchased a new bike here. They built it up just the way I wanted. Everyone is super nice. They made all the adjustments I requested. I highly recommend NPBS! Great experience! Love my bike! Can't say enough good things!

Just purchased a bike from NP Bike Shop and was very impressed with their customer service, friendly attitude and wide selection. First time customer and had called ahead regarding a specific model. Warren was extremely helpful from start to finish. I am not local so he had everything prepped upon my arrival. Warren made sure that everything was dialed in just right. Transferred my pedals from my previous bike and reviewed all the features of the new machine. Separately, their mechanic stepped away from what he was doing just to give me some pointers on issues I was having with my old bike. Overall a seamless and fantastic experience with Warren and the rest of the employees. Would recommend NP's Bike Shop to anyone! Wish they were local! 5 stars!
