I ordered an Arai limited edition helmet that was out of stock on most other sites. Not only was it a better price than some standard Arai’s on other sites, I ordered it over President’s Day weekend and expected it would take a while to receive it, but to my surprise it showed up Tuesday. I was a little hesitant at first but the ordering and receiving was phenomenal. I rarely do reviews but they deserve a great review. Highly recommended.

Needed a new pair of boots in hurry for an overseas trip and ride after one of my existing boots broke right before I was supposed to leave. T.R. made it happen without a hitch. Communication and customer service was impeccable. This was my first experience with Motor Psycho Sport and it could not have been better. I'm sold and will be a repeat customer going forward. This is the place to get moto gear, especially boots. I ordered some Alpinestars Tech 7s and they were a bit big and I was able to exchange for a smaller size for free, I didn’t even have to pay shipping (which was incredibly fast). The owner personally deals with customers and is very good at communicating and solving problems. Highly recommend, will buy from them in the future.

I was sketched out about this being real cause it seemed too good to be true. Insane prices, but also insane shipping speed. I'm across the country and got my boots in basically a day. Ordered at 9:30pm Tuesday and got them at 11 am Thursday.

I want to give T.R. A huge thank you! I ordered a new X-14 and it got busted up this summer. I spoke with T.R. and sent my Shoei in for warranty within one week my helmet was fully covered and T.R. Had given me full credit and I purchased a new X-15 for an incredible price! First and foremost I want to say THANK YOU to T.R. for such outstanding customer service. At first I was a bit skeptical when I saw the price discount as too I have been searching for days to find deals on the Alpinestars tech 10 & 7 boot. I shot a text and received such amazing responses and customer service. Ended up placing 2 orders for both boots. Shipping was lighting face. The Tech 10s came in the next day and the Tech 7s since that order was placed later in the day came the following day. (1 day for shipping). Amazing company super transparent and will most definitely not only place future orders but recommend others as well.
