many thanks to mary and her crew! great customer service/communication.i ordered a lovely dress for an event and needed to have a corset sewn in. i was referred here and left the shop yesterday very pleased with the work. it had great quality while being surprisingly affordable/fair in pricing. will definitely return for any alterations/dry cleaning needs!

Excellent service. Delivery is such a nice touch of going above and beyond. This also reflects in the character of the caretakers at work…I called with questions, speaking to Mary who was beyond helpful. We will be taking our business here again.

Mary and her team were great. I have oversized comforters i needed laundered and I didn't want to spend anytime in a laundromat.They picked up the bedding and dropped off the bedding in a couple days clean and packaged. Would totally recommend and will be back:)

Great experience! Mary was super informative and helpful; the pick up and drop off was easy and convenient. Clothes were cleaned, folder and didn't have any lingering fragrances.

They ruined my dress and would not take responsibility. I brought in a cream color dress and I was given back a pink dress. When I showed the woman the tag that had the color and a picture of me wearing the dress, she said that because the fabric was from India the color changed and they had nothing to do with it. The only it would have gotten to that color pink is if it was mixed with something red.

It could not have been a better experience. I went in to get 4 pairs of jeans hemmed and a shirt cleaned and pressed. They have a great little fitting room on the side, step in, step out, they pin the clothes and I was out of there in no time. Great price, nice friendly people, got it done quickly and I will be going back here.

Good at getting your clothes cleaned and returned on time, unfortunately the professionalism was not adequate, in my opinion. Personal opinions on customers professions shouldn't be discussed and criticized to other patrons.
