“Had the pleasure of enjoying a 90min aromatherapy massage with Mariah yesterday. Hands down the absolute BEST MASSAGE I have ever had in my life. From start to finish everything was amazing pertaining to the service. From the front desk to my service provider. However, my party and I were inconvenienced by housekeeping and not able to enjoy the rest of the amenities since our massage ended at 6:45p and they closed at 7p.”

“Great place to stay but the air conditioning should be addressed. We have stayed at this property atleast 5 times and only half the time does the room get cool or stay cool. This is especially frustrating during the night. No matter what we did, the temp would not go below 70 degrees. Other than that, my only gripe is the half shower doors that allows water to go everywhere.
Pros: Staff, Parking, Firepits, Pool, Food/Drink options, Clean, Easy Parking.”

“We arrived after 11 pm, the lobby staff was very friendly and explained to us step by step the hotel's resources, and the hot breakfast was very delicious, clean place and very colonial style as we like, close to Malibu 36 minutes and 45 minutes away If xflags is not bad, little traffic in the area, we were able to rest our family peacefully, we highly recommend it.

“We felt this was one of our better hotel stays that we’ve had in quite a long time. The only thing I would do different in the future is maybe asked to be further away from the lower floors where people are actually doing things outside.
Rooms: Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Then included microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot along with central air and other amenities. All worked well.
Safety: We felt that because the doors had to be opened with a key that only hotel guest would be entering the room area. Which in my mind is very safe.
Food & drinks: The restaurant they have attached to this hotel the Pizza Cookery was extremely good.
Took me back to the last time I had visited one of these locations nearly 20 years ago.”

She collaborated with me for months to bring my vision to fruition. Lupe was consistently responsive and delightful to work with, providing all necessary information and promptly addressing any questions I had.”
“Very clean, comfortable and quiet inn situated right off the freeway exit in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast area is bright and spacious serving just the regular breakfast food - nothing fancy. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with aTV, microwave and small fridge. Will definitely go back here if I'm in the area again.Rooms: The rooms were spacious, confirms and clean.”

“Stayed during the week for 2 nights.. Nice location. The room was quiet, and the employees were helpful. Nice lobby area, smaller eating area, and a market off the lobby where you could buy snacks or drinks.
Rooms: Nice sized room with fridge, coffee machine and microwave. We had it with 2 queen size beds. Very comfortable.
Food & drinks: Nearby food restaurants, shopping and coffee places. Some within walking distance.”

“No microwave in upstairs room 214. Standard room. Room was clean but smelled like urine. Maybe the carpet? Didn't have time to tell office staff. Pool is open 9am to 9pm. No hot tub. Fairly priced vending machines near office as well as ice machine, bathrooms and microwave that you can use.”
“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at for my work travels. Mona was extremely helpful during the check in process and the bartender/server taylor knew exactly what drink what helpful end my night. The bar/restaurant food was amazing as well. Had the best plant burger in my life and would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed here 1 night with my family and had no complaints. The hotel is clean, the staff was courteous. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. The free breakfast was respectable. I was glad that the TV could easily login to my Netflix. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Walmart neighborhood market.

“Came for the X Games. The stay itself was great, but the reason for this review is even better - my 10 year old son left his wallet and iPhone in the room when we’d checked out. They called us as many times as it took to let us know - every dollar is accounted for, and they were kind enough to help us get it mailed back. Thank you SO much for your honesty and professionalism - anytime we’re in the neighborhood, this is our place!”

“I wanted to write a review to thank the staff for the amazing way they supported my family in finding my 5yr old autistic son who is non-verbal when he ran away from the room and missing for almost 15min.The front desk acted within 30seconds of me reporting my son missing. The hotel was locked down and the police arrived within minutes.What stuck out to me most was that the ENTIRE staff was not only focused on finding my son but they were calm and SO KIND so me (especially) as I ran around frantically... (even into parts of the hotel I was not permitted) and continued to stay by our side until he was found.The aftermath of him running away was met by a staff that continued to be gracious and kind for the duration of our stay.THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND KINDNESS!Specifically, thank you: Chris, Jani, Kim, Galindo, Michelle and Michael.I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and it's staff and cannot thank you all enough.Safety: The protocol for a missing child was executed smoothly and promptly and it helped me feel safe in a terrifying situation.”
