I highly recommend this Farmers insurance location! Kevin, Jill and Nadine are all so helpful, patient and kind. They take the time to explain everything and give you the comfort you need when making a decision on protecting your most valuable possession… You’re home! With all the difficulties with the new California issues of companies not wanting to insure homes, I spent a month checking out many other companies and none were as wonderful as this Farmers location!

Jill is honest, personable and professional. She gave me what amounted to hours of great advice knowing full-well that I would not be using her company. She taught me a lot about how the insurance industry works, she showed me how to calculate that I may be under-insured, and she taught me how to negotiate with my current HO insurance company. She was very supportive, genuine and knowledgeable. I give her my highest and most unqualified recommendation.

I have been with Jill for over 10 years. She handles my home, auto and earthquake insurance. Jill and her staff has always been on top of everything. Every year she reviews my insurance to make sure it fits my needs. This year I had a water leak and they were with me every step of the way. Always checking to make sure I was taken care of with no problems. I cannot say enough about her customer service. Her staff cares and it makes a big difference.

Jill and her team are caring, well informed and always respond promptly. Once I had a broken tire, her team helped me arrange the towing truck and her team checked on me via text the whole time. Another time the sheriff called the towing truck for me because my broken car had blocked the traffic, and they submitted the claim for me and I got the refund check in no time. Before having Jill as my insurance agent, I had progressive insurance and never really had an agent. So I have no other insurance agent to compare with. However, I think Jill and her team go above and beyond to help their clients. We are really lucky to have them as our insurance agent.

Jill is on top of it- no client to big or too small. She will look to save you money when it makes sense; no pushing to upgrade or add on to policies. She will catch any lapses or concerns as they come up.
