Stopped by to look for a lipstick shade I have been looking for but it was sold out! I asked the woman working there for help and she was friendly! Store is nice and neat. All sales clearly labeled. Not busy at all.

When I first came up to the front showing my order email, they said they’re not giving away free Covid tests. I told them my insurance had already paid for them. They asked me to go back to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was like OK you got to go talk to the front again. I went back up to the front. The pharmacy person came with me, looked up the order and they found my mobile order on the shelf. They then gave it to me. I walked out of the store, open the bag, and saw that there was only one box in there with two tests in it. They had miss-filled the order. I went back in had to wait in line again and asked them for the rest of the order (8 tests total). They had to bring a manager upfront to confirm the order saying it should’ve been for 8. So whoever fulfilled the order, just put one in the bag. Terrible experience took way too long to just get my test kits my insurance paid for.

I visit this location because it’s close by, but between this store and the two others in Newbury Park, you might have enough shelf inventory to stock one store properly. Maybe a lightbulb will turn on in management’s head and inspire it to close the abysmal Reino store, so that the other two locations can thrive. Kudos to Daniel and Jim in the Newbury Road store who make trips to this neglected venue worthwhile.

They're continually out of some of my medicines and one of the pharmacists I spoke to was very rude, on 2 separate occasions, on the phone. Anywhere else but this place is a better choice.

Very bad service. Pharmacy will not fill prescriptions that the CVS corporation deems unnecessary. Forget about what the doctor knows.

Went to buy a product they dont carry anymore. Decided to use a coupon on an regular price perfume...because there tag was different price they wouldn't let me use it...it was only 4 difference .but it's the point. Manager refused even though I told her its the same price in Simi valley .will not shop here again. They could use a cleaning and update as well.

The store always has what I need and they don't move things around a lot like some stores. The people that are always checking me out are so nice and happy, it is a pleasure to go to this store.
