After a quick call and assessment via text I was provided reassurance my vehicle would be recovered. Jim was able to recover the vehicle quickly and safely! Thank you again for your availability and rapid response.

We've used Courtesy Towing in the past as that's who AAA had apparently sent to us, however their service was nothing spectacular. What irritates me is having one of their trucks (Lic# 8W11103 at 8:00 AM) cruise through my neighborhood on trash day, and the driver place a nearly full can of fruit juice on top of my trash can lid at my home, insuring that it will make a mess. They obviously don't care about the people they serve...

These guys are total crooks who don't really want you to pick up your car. They want to keep it so they can sell it after 30 days. They pulled the same crap on me and wouldn't let me pay for my brothers tow bill while he was laying in the hospital dying. His wife had to come with me and bring cash. The guy there is very rude and unprofessional. This company gives the towing industry a bad name. Don't walk away run as fast as you can.

They don't abide by the lawRegistered owner of a towed car brought in her mother to pay by credit card, they would not let her pay with credit card unless she was registered owner. Here is the law that states otherwise.V.C.22658(k) (1) A person operating or in charge of a storage facility where vehicles are stored pursuant to this section shall accept a valid bank credit card or cash for payment of towing and storage by a registered owner, the legal owner, or the owner’s agent claiming the vehicle. A credit card shall be in the name of the person presenting the card. “Credit card” means “credit card” as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 1747.02 of the Civil Code, except, for the purposes of this section, credit card does not include a credit card issued by a retail seller.
