This dealership is so well run!! Sales, parts, & service are handled with integrity, & great attitudes. Have bought in excess of 25 motorcycles, over the last 40 years. This one is the best I've experienced. Ownership has gone above & beyond, as has all (friendly) personnel from their respective departments, kudos!! My experience with BMW of Ventura, especially following a previous unsatisfactory service at MotoClub Santa Monica, has been nothing short of exceptional. This dealership and service center, particularly thanks to the efforts of Red at the service desk, has reinstated my faith in professional motorcycle care.Red played a pivotal role in this positive experience. From the outset, she was incredibly communicative and took the time to help me understand the issues with my motorcycle in detail. Her approach to customer service is exemplary - she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I was comfortable and informed throughout the process.The technical team performed flawlessly. They addressed and rectified the botched oil change and brake fluid replacement done by MotoClub Santa Monica with utmost precision and professionalism. The oil filter was secured correctly, and the brake lines were meticulously bled to remove the dangerous air pockets. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety was evident in every step.Moreover, the entire staff at BMW of Ventura, guided by Red's example, were friendly, approachable, and highly skilled. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have no idea why anyone would pay this guy to represent them or their brand. To start off, the sale's associate "finance manager" made up information about the bike I was looking at, as I had done research ahead of time. Then he acted as if I was beneath him and wasting his time while I was at the shop, barely answering any questions. He made sure to point out that they really only cater to LA elite who come in with people who just sign the paper work. To top it off when I started trying to negotiate a price, for a bike I would have bought, he started insulting me and telling me that I "de-valued the bike" by going for a test drive on a demo. He became totally unhinged and seemed as if he was on drugs. Then he told me if I buy it somewhere else he would never service it for me at their shop... don't worry I won't be coming back.

Consistently high quality work from the always cordial and knowledgeable service department. I trust BMW Ventura with all of the maintenance work on my 2013 GS. They have kept it in tip top condition for 10 years and 86K miles.

Brought my bike in for a few recalls and a new set of tires for the GSA. Doug was patient, knowledgeable, helped me select the correct tires for my riding, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Service was prompt and received my bike back by EOD.Thanks guys!

I recently bought a 2023 GS from these guys as well as my first service. Sales department wasn't pushy. Test rode a demo bike, left the dealer, came back and picked up the bike. Deal I got was fantastic. Certainly better than what Burbank was going to give me. Then there was the service manager which paired my phone, went over the bike and all of its corks. 3 weeks later I had my first service done. Bike for dropped off at 9 and was done by 10:30. All employees are helpful, answer all questions and are respectful. I am planning on using their service department as long as I have the bike. Thank you team

I had a terrible experience with this motorcycle dealership, specifically with Dagan Klipfel and Tim Arumugam. On 2/27 I put down a deposit on my card for a Royal Enfield Classic 350, was assured that the bike was mine, and was arranging for motorcycle delivery with a third party. On 3/3, three days after paying my reservation deposit I missed a voicemail from Dagan stating he was going to sell the bike to someone else. I was on a cross country flight and did not receive the voicemail until a few hours later when my flight landed. That very afternoon I listened to my voicemail and also had an email from Dagan letting me know he had sold the bike I reserved because I was "unreachable." They stated that since I didn't sign an order form, they didn't have to honor my deposit. When I asked to speak to a manager about my experience, Tim got on the phone, refused to give me his last name, and was quite rude. By the end of the call he offered to find an alternative resolution. Tim sent me one email post-call, then never followed up or responded to my additional inquiries. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice. They clearly have no respect for their customers and don't honor their promises. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I've come here a couple times to service my bike now. Doug at the service desk has taken his time with me both on the phone and in person to explain options, help me find the right tires for my needs, and ensure I had a full understanding of costs and processes. They're very kind and helpful. The dealership is clean and well setup. While I was waiting for service, sales reps weren't pushy and were nice and respectful. Overall a great vibe and they all seem like a great team. I'm glad they're my local dealership.

Spotless!! Great selection of bikes.Went in to compare 2 BMW models.Dagan, in sales, is one of those rare guys that knows EVERYTHING about the bikes and can explain it all in a simple way. Didn't feel like I was being talked down too.Will definitely be doing business there in the future.

I called them with a general concern about a purchase of a used bike. Since I figured they were BMW experts, they may know about some recalls in previous years editions. The sales rep on the phone was very aloof, and ended the call saying "If your not going to buy the bike here...I can't talk to you." I later chatted with another dealer that was helpful, and helped me understand the issues I had read about. No I wasn't buying from his dealership, but in two years when I purchase a 2024 Adventure bike, I will be buying from this other dealer, since he helped me without immediate gain. How rude can a dealership be????

The worst service ever. This people don’t care about customers. They perform oil change service, after run 400 milles the dash board shows that my motorcycle needs service. What they did? No idea. But for worst they didn’t attend my request to see what was happening. They said: you deed to pay for the whole service again to let me know whats happening.

Great dealership and service center! Dagan, Doug, and Dave have always been super helpful with the purchase of my new bike. They still keep in contact to ensure the bike is running well and always are good to talk to when I take it in for service.They truly care about the customer experience when it comes to buying and servicing a motorcycle.I will definitely be buying all of my future motorcycles from here.

Dagan was busy so I spoke to his coworker (English/British dude). Sits me down at his incredibly messy desk which was immediately a red flag for me... dude starts eating while talking to me. I walk out and he comes out to me while I'm putting on my gear to insult me. Yes, he was still eating. I was truly taken back with the extremely low quality of service these people offer. Avoid this place like the plague. Buy from Riverside or New Century but do yourself a favor and avoid this dang place.
