The guys at west state are awesome super helpful and a joy to chat with. I recently got into darts a they have been nothing but helpful a welcoming. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Went in this week and two people working with no other customers in a massive store. They couldn't get up and come out from the desk area and actual demonstrate professional customer service. One guy yelled and asked if we had any questions when we were on our way out (because of the poor customer service). Too late. Had one shot. Will never return. Always a completely professional experience at the golf store next door.

I needed the tip for a cue replaced with a new tip we already had. After researching, I decided to call West State and speak to Sal. Even though it was a minor service I requested, Sal was very helpful and professional. It's always a good sign when a business takes even a minor service seriously. When we need the felt replaced on the table or need anything game-related, we will take the business to West State.

EXCELLENT EVERYTHING!!! Sal and Tanner run a great shop as father and son, and both are passionate about shooting pool. Any "Pool Hall Junkies" out there need to know that Sal has many personal connections in the professional world of billiards.. including some major players. Tanner is a good friend of mine too, so I stop by every now and then to read the billiards magazines and check out the arcade games / new merchandise there. Both of them are super chill and always happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for.. as well as prioritize customer satisfaction with every purchase! ??⚪️?? ⚠️

We first met Sal over 20 years ago at another store, and we were pleasantly surprised to find him at West State Billiards when we were ready to purchase another pool table He was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to come to our house and measure the room to make sure we ordered the proper size table. He even helped with the color selection, and we couldn't be happier with the result. He and his son, Tanner have helped to answer many of our questions, and are always ready and willing to help us in every way as we move forward to set up our new game room. Sal's knowledge and experience in billiards is second to none. He really treats his customers like family. When installing our pool table, Caesar and Jose were exceptional. They were very courteous and professional. We would recommend Sal and his staff in a heartbeat!

Well worth the trip....I found the Fullerton Location of West State Billiards online two weeks ago and decided to take a trip there. I met Paul who was extremely knowledgeable about cue sticks that I was interested in. He took the time to discuss some of the particulars of each maker. He then told me of their Thousand Oaks Location, and about how that Location had a bigger selection of cues. This past weekend I decided to take an hour long trip to Thousand Oaks. Well worth the trip. I met Sal a great guy with a lot of valuable information. I was looking at both Meucci and McDermott sticks and instead of just trying to get me to buy a $700 stick, he helped me to find the cue that was right for me. He not only helped with my decision, he was also able to keep me in the price range I was looking at. You guys are amazing, you just dont care about making a sale you actually care about the person. Thank You... You got a customer for life.

I brought in a classic cue designed by a hall of fame cue maker that I’ve had for over 20 years. It was in need of a restoration. I had hoped the cue would come out clean, but I had no idea how amazing the end result would be! The cue looks brand new and is in better shape than when I first purchased it.Sal and Tanner were helpful, they explained the entire process and were completely upfront and honest about the time it would take and how the process would go. I was given a realistic price range and the final price was right on point. I literally could not be happier with the cue and with the process!! Anyone who cares about billiards will be better served by shopping at West State Billiards!

I brought in a cue I've owned for the last 20 years. It was made by a renowned pool cue maker but it was in dire need of a restoration. Prior to coming in, I was hoping that they would be able to clean it up as best as they could and I wasn't expecting the world. Sal and Tanner talked me through the entire process, spelling out what to expect, a realistic time expectation and a price range depending on how salvageable the pieces were. I just received the cue back and it literally looks, feels and plays like a brand new cue!! It is now in better condition than when I first purchased it over 20 years ago!! The price came back within the range that we discussed and I couldn't be happier. If you view yourself as a keeper of history with a special cue and are looking for partners who will treat your cue accordingly, you have found those individuals at West State Billiards!!

Sal and Tanner really took care of me. First time shopping for a slate table and was really pleased with the service. 5 stars and definitely recommend visiting the store.
