I've been coming here for years and have seen different "phases" of this store and new management has definitely turned this place around! The space is more open and friendlier to the eyes. All the staff members offer the same quality of service and truly take care of you (which is refreshing compared to past experiences). Overall I'm happy this store has turned around and am excited to see what other changes will come for this store!

Customer service was horrible, I was racially profiled. Asking me if she can bring the shoes to the front counter while I'm deciding which shoes to buy. I also asked for a shoe on the wall and she went to the back and brought out just one shoe .I couldn't even try on both shoes.

I loved ,specially when buy my work boots Timberland PRO moc toe 24/7,are really soft and you don't need break to much.,the service it's awesome,I totally highly recommend!!!

Love this place always come in clutch when I need new clothes or boots, went to a lot of different stores and could never find the right thing. So I stop wasting my time and just go straight to work world. The staff was great at assisting me looking for my boots, thank you. Will return for future work needs.

Asked for a specific size of boots and this lady with the arrows for eyebrows gives me the shoes to check out. She pulls out one shoe to confirm and she walked away to her manager where I pull out the other shoe to make sure and they're DIFFERENT colors and had stains on the leather. Wtf? And I was about to pay. On top of that, the manager is rude and everyone who works there is miserable af. Not my fault you have burnt a** yellow hair, thick a** curtains for eyelashes and railroad tracks for eyebrows. If you hate your life that much, get eyelash extensions and work done and stop being a social f****** reject, ugly emo a** b***** Your manager fat and ugly too, f alll you guys
