Sold me the wrong car. Picked out the car I kinda wanted. Went to pick it up few days later. They brought out the wrong car. I said that’s not the one I bought. Guy says this is what is on the paperwork. Told Mustafa this isn’t the car I bought. All he said was. How did that happen. I said you tell me. Battery had to be replaced a month later. Haven’t heard from them in 9 months. Guess they think it’s ok.

Really good experience. Negotiated everything over the phone including my trade in. They kept their promise to the penny, no bs, no changing trade in value or upselling. Highly recommend them.

They answered my questions about the window, constantly kept me updated about pricing, and they had the item is stock. My appointment was for 9:15am, I was gone before 11:00am, finished, car washed as well!!!

It was nice meeting the newly hired Margie Nguyen as a service technician. Her expertise and knowledge has exceeded my expectations and hopefully she there to stay.
Winn has gone through mayor changes since the beginning of the year but with the new additions, will be back on track. I have been a customer at Winn VW for more than 24 years. Great location, technicians and customer satisfaction is priority! I’m on my fifth Volkswagen vehicle and will keep on coming back.
