“Just a quick update on Costco Hayward. Costcos are generally the same around. This one is not too bad and has a plenty of parking. I rarely go to this one as it's a further one. It is a pretty busy location, so try to aim for shopping during non-peak times. This time around it was just a normal Costco run, finding Coke Zero, finding a deal for sweatpants. And easily paid and checked out.”

“Econ World Trading in Fremont is a warehouse with all the restaurant equipment. I like to check out their professional kitchen tools for my home and camping. They carry many items perfect for home use and excellent for our camping trips. The workers there are very helpful. They will help you find the items or answer your questions. Please read LAJ's response to her negative review."Annette,LAJ Wood Products has a return policy of a 15% restocking fee applied to any items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All refunds will be issued by check and mailed within 7 to 10 business days. Items cannot be returned for a refund past the 30 days purchase date.The date of your purchase was on 09/30/22, and you came to our shop to make a return on 01/6/23. Since your purchase date was well over 30 days, we could have denied your return. We are predominately a wholesaler, but we understand that some of our retail customers may need more than 30 days to complete their staircase project which is why we allow in certain cases for customers to return items for a partial refund past 30 days. However the restocking fee increases each month from the time it takes you to return your items.We would like to apologize to you if we were not clear about this, or if there was any misunderstanding regarding our return policy. I reviewed our email correspondence, and we did inform you of a possible increase of restocking fee that will be applied if returns are past 30 days of the purchase date. But since we did not have any additional info regarding your exact purchase date at the time of your email inquiry, we failed to inform you that the restocking fee was going to be 60%. You had the choice to take back your returned items but you declined to do so.It is nice to hear that your staircase has been completed, and that you are satisfied with our products. “Ok I don't know what to rate for atmosphere for a food court ...I guess no one would expect it is a romantic place right? LolIf you go to Costco and never had their hotdog, you are not from this earth. They actually brought back the chopped onions now in my local Costco , which is great to have with the hot dogs. Pizza and chicken bake are both great. Their icecream is superly good as well. The only thing in their menu that is not worth me to try was the roast beef sandwich ..it is EXPENSIVE.Oh. They also have the double chocolate chip cookie now at the food court. It is a MUST try and make sure you eat it their fresh.”

And now that the other new Costco has opened in Newark, it's practically empty especially during the weekdays. So easy parking, quick in and out! And the service by the employees is better too cos they're not as busy and rushing as other places!”

“The Costco Business Center in Hayward, California, offers a practical and convenient shopping experience for those with a Costco card. Situated in a spacious facility with plenty of parking, this location provides an extensive selection of products in larger sizes compared to regular Costco stores, catering to both businesses and individual customers. While it does lack a food court, the absence is compensated by an impressive array of items tailored more for restaurants, but it's definitely still worth exploring. Along with a much sizable refrigeration section for perishable goods (located towards the rear of the facility), you'll also find a huge assortment of candies and various snacks in bulk, a feature not commonly found in standard Costco locations. Despite its specialized focus, the service from Costco staff remains consistently excellent, making it a reliable destination for your bulk shopping needs for those living or passing through the Hayward area.”

“This is an awesome company for any of installers and integrators's security needs. They have their own source of manufacturers with high quality and cheapest prices. They solved my tech issue in 5 mins every time. When I bought from Hikvision manufacturer, I had to wait more than 15 mins and they transferred me to 6 ppl!!!! BTW, they do not deal with end users, and usually they assigned AUDIO/VISUAL, TV Mount, or SECURITY CAMERAS installation projects to installers who dealing with them instead.”

“This place is great. They have a lot of options. They were the only place I could find blue roses and multi colored roses. A lot of options. They are priced pretty average. The staff was also helpful and friendly. Definitely will use this place again. They also had vases and ribbons and a big selection.”

“Heard some great stuff about this place from a friend and decided to give them a try. Called them up and spoke to Rowland, he was very informative and helpful with the ordering process. “I was at the Costco warehouse today on Hesperian Blvd. and somehow I lost my Apple watch in the warehouse. I back tracked all my steps and didn't see it. I went to Lost & Found and of course no one had turned it in. While in a panic I called my daughter and she reminded me about the "Find My" app on my phone. I opened the app and flagged down one of the employees and explained the situation. She stayed with me while we were trying to figure out where the watch was. It showed that it was still in the warehouse and we pinged it and still couldn't located it. After staying with me for quite awhile another employee walked towards us with the watch and stated that someone turned it in and found it out in the parking lot. Anyway long story short, I can't THANK THE EMPLOYEES AT COSTCO for going above and beyond to help me. I wish I had the person name that was helping me but with all the excitement I forgot to get it. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!”

“I had to replace 2 commercial toilet paper dispensers and had found this place online. Since this place was literally walking distance to where I work, I decided to give them a call to see if they have what I needed. I told them that I need a dispenser where I can put 2 regular size toilet paper rolls in it. Reza, the sales manager, said he has 2 options for me. He even took some pics of what he had and emailed them to me. After I saw the pics, I told him that I would drop by the next day to take a look in person. When I got there, Reza greeted me and showed me what he had in stock. After looking at the products, I didn't like any of them. Since I didn't see anything I wanted, Reza showed me a few catalogs on what products he can get me. I literally stayed there for over an hour and still left empty handed. Reza was very patient with me and answered every question I had. I even mentioned to him that I need it within 3 days. In the end, I bought 2 dispensers from him, for which he had to order and pick up before my deadline. It's been a few weeks since the dispenser had been installed and it looks great.”
