Much improved! I avoided this establishment for years because the former owner provided such bad service. Happily, the new ownership has turned things around and service is very good.

Under new management! The new owners of this UPS store have created a friendly and efficient business. They greet you upon entry and you can tell they are hustling if there is a line. They recently renovated the store too! If there is a line, they have a self service drop off system for certain packages.
