“My Tesla ran out of juice and Alex was determined to help me. His truck couldn't fit in the parking garage. He drag is Jack up to me and lifted the car and we pushed the Tesla 5 feet to reach the charging station. I'd highly recommend him!”
“BEWARE: the two locations are interchangable! Almost, when purchasing a vehicle from all Brauns towing via online auction, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for the vehicle at the north location (specified in email.) Then immediately drive to their south location for vehicle pickup. Not a big deal, just make sure to leave an extra 20 minutes of drive time if your trying to go there at the end of their work day. All that being said, despite being there well within 20 minutes of closing, the first location called and asked for the second one to stay open for me. All around a good experience.”
