TIB is the best pharmacy I've ever used. The entire staff always make it a pleasure to come in and pickup prescriptions. Also used them for delivery. Never had this for an option before.Thanks TIB for all that you do in making my experience *****.

Important: TIB will be a closed-door pharmacy starting September 2023. This means they will no longer be providing prescriptions to individual patients. I started coming to TIB because it has better hours than my local chain pharmacy and staff are far friendlier. I did have issues at first where I wouldn't be notified when a prescription was filled. When my insurance changed I didn't think to update it with TIB, so they were getting rejected and I wasn't being told about it. I assumed they were not being filled due to a nationwide shortage and went a few months until this was revealed while discussing a different matter. But none of this really matters anymore because they will no longer be offering services to patients like me :(

Exceptional service. I called same day and was able to easily book an appt. online for international travel within the 72 hour window. Minh who conducted the test was knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. Received my results the following day. Many thanks for your excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We wanted PCR tests. They offer them. You book the appointment on their website and pay for it. If you need to cancel, it has to be more than 24-hours before your appointment or you eat the cost of the test. The pharmacists performs the test. The results are available based on what you pay for. It can be as quick as two hours or as long as 24-hours. If you're planning on travelling and need a negative test, TIB can get it done. We're Kaiser members but they are very clear that they cannot guarantee you'll get the results within 72 hours and to enter Canada, PCR's have to be administered no more than 72 hours before entry time.

We needed to get an antigen test for our flight back to Europe. The pharmacy is easy to find, with a lot of parking space. The employees were very professional and kind. We got the results within the 30 min period it was promised and could get on our flight without any problems.Thank you.

Scheduled a last minute COVID-19 PCR test (result next day) for a cruise and received results as advertised. The swab was quick and took less than 5 minutes from check-in. Would recommend for future travel needs or if anyone needs a PCR test. Thank you!

The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, and they deliver their test results exactly when they say they are going to. Making an appointment on their website is also extremely easy. Highly recommended.

Super easy and efficient covid testing! We were stressing out since CVS cancelled last minute and we needed results for a flight by the afternoon. The pricing is competitive compared to the other places we were looking at and the airport.

Be careful - these guys are a fraud.I booked an urgent test right before my flight, they took the appointment and the money and when I arrived at the center it was closed. Nobody was there to receive phone.I missed my international flight and had to pay obnoxious amount and go through terrible hassles to get to the next flight in a few day

So glad that I went to this facility for my travel PCR test. Came early the gentlemen took our ID’s and processed our test. Took less than 60 sec and we were on our way. At around 5:30 pm, we received our result which was negative. So happy with the service. Keep the good job.

Needed a same day Covid test for travel as our original PCR test result was delayed. We paid $200 for the test with TIB. Although the result came out in 3 hours, it came out as a false positive which caused a lot of stress and last minute cancellation of flights with hefty cancellation fees. We had to get additional tests, which, along with the original PCR result that came out later in the day confirmed that this result was inaccurate. Given that the entire purpose of this test was to ensure that we were traveling safely and after spending $200, basic reliability is not too much to ask for. We feel so ripped off. Stay away from this business!Update: took another RTPCR test 3 days after this test and it also came out negative. Two PCR tests taken 24 hours before and 3 days after this test both came out negative using the same technology. We shared the test reports with this pharmacy and since we shared the second result they have gone completely silent. Until we disputed through our credit card company they didn’t even bother to respond (sent a generic message explaining what RTPCR is) and then after reporting them they asked a million irrelevant questions. Since the time we showed indisputable proof they have gone completely silent!
