Our son just started soccer and we needed to get him shoes, shin guards, and socks. We were pleased with the selection of products and the service we received. We will shop here again.

Went in to get soccer cleats for my kid. The guy who worked there just got a bunch of shoes out in the size and left us alone. Didn't really check back. Or ask us anything. Ended up getting the wrong shoes. Tried to return them but they're closed on Mondays. So i got another pair from Dick's Sporting Goods. Only to find out that i can return the original pair i got. Only exchange. So I'm basically stuck with cleats that haven't been worn for more than 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this spot. Much better spots in the Bay Area.

Great customer service. I was in the area and needed to get cleats for my nephew. The store was going to close, but the clerk (Benny?) was so kind to help me. He showed me the all the shoes in my side preference and was very patient as I looked/FaceTimed nephew. Thank you! I’d recommend this store. I plan to come back.

I bought a shoe for my daughter today and the buying experience is very pleasant. The sales person is very kind and patient. We want to buy a turf shoe as my daughter needs to play on turf tomorrow. The sales person took out all different kinds of turf or indoor shoes from the warehouse. We tried different styles and different sizes and settled on a Nike one. Before we pay, the sales person asked where we live. We answered Fremont. He immediately applied 15% off and said the store supports local students. I really feel blessed to have such a good local store and good customer service. Btw, I bought two shoes from the same store about seven years ago for myself. And I also had a good buying experience at the time.

My son needed soccer cleats and we wanted to try them on before purchasing and there was a large selection of cleats. Store was clean and organized and both the store clerks were helpful and answered all our questions. They never rushed or pressured us to finish up. There was a huge selection of clothing as well and my son purchased 2 soccer jerseys. We will definitely return for soccer related items.

I went inside the store with my son . To buy things for his soccer and the guy that works there was rude to us. I don’t like his customer service . I think you should do something about this ASAP
