Purchase shoes for my son today. Would only give me one shoe at a time to try on until I ask for a left and right shoe. The man assisting me acted like I was inconveniencing him. Definitely recommend customer service training for staff.

The worst customer service, I went to return an item and they didn't have cards to take credit store, so I grabbed a pair of pants that was marked for sale and when I wanted to exchange they told me that it was already at regular price and they took all the pants that were marked in That price I only had 2 days to return my item so almost necessarily I had to change it for something because they didn't have a credit store ?

Wide selection of shoes and really nice workers, bought some air max 90s and had so much help from the kind workers. Love this place and will come again!!

I’ve never met shoe sales people that are so quiet and uninviting. I felt as if i was in a self serve froyo store…. You had to flag down an employee even though there was 3 of them and it was not busy. Not to mention they were out of a lot of sizes, and the sizes they did have were heavily creased. Seriously why display shoes when the only pair/size you have available is damaged…… This place has gone downhill. Are you guys closing like the rest of the mall?

Trash trash trash. So on a Sunday afternoon, slow business and it's 5 associates on shift.. one seems like too many people schedule but hey whatever. Two. Everyone standing at the register and haven't greeted one person. Walked around with my daughter and not one person asked me off I needed help or made themselves available to ask for help as they all stood together talking and acting busy. That's why stores like this will be non existent. If you not gonna help no point to employee you. We can just buy the shoes online or serve ourselves.

This place is a joke. A bunch a young wannabe hype beast kids working in there. They have 6 people standing around doing jack s**** I asked for a specific size. After about 5 min of waiting around I just left. The employee was black with an attitude. BLM

I called 5 mins before they open . Twice . The first time they answered and hung up immediately and next time they stayed on the line and said they weren’t open yet . Literally 5 mins until opening and they didn’t wanna help me
