“I could not be more pleased with the service I received here. The night after making an order, I noticed the address was wrong. I called the company to change the address and they told me it was too late. I would just have to wait for it to be returned to sender. I was still watching the shipping updates and holding out hope. I knew that the package was supposed to arrive today and was most recently in Newark. At 8:30 this morning, I get a call from the Newark office telling me that the driver wanted to know my building number. Never have I ever had a driver/shipping office reach out to me about an address mistake. It was incredible to me that the team here was so dedicated to get me my package that they called me and asked for the address. Especially during this holiday season!”
