I spent around $100 in pokémon booster packs and found it unusual that they opened so easily. To my surprise, none of the packs contained any notable hits. Additionally, I noticed that the packs were not sleeved, which raises concerns about the potential for resealing. Customer Service was also very lackluster no enthusiasm and no positive welcome when entering the store.

This place already high fairly high prices (>10% higher than exact same products online). Occasionally, if I’m in the area, I’ll stop by and pickup a few packs.
Today, I went in, and they overcharged me. The price label clearly said $3.49, but they charged me $3.99. Didn’t even mention the price difference, and when I brought it up, they said they “forgot to change the price tag”.
Overall, it’s just a few dollars, but it’s a good example of how this place is run. I would just stick to online ordering from now on. Trust me, you’d be wise to do the same. Not going to support a local brick and mortar store that is so willing to give their customers the short end of the stick.

One of the biggest assortment of Magic: The Gathering on this side of the bay, and at a very good price (I would say the lowest).
They also have a lot of collectibles (specially Funkos), and accessories like play mats, card sleeves, boxes, etc.
The people there is very friendly and they're always there to help you with your questions.
I always enjoy my time there.
I'd recommend. 10/10

Not a big fan of Funko pops but if you are, this store has a large selection with decent prices. One thing to note, Asian cashier was really friendly. Great selection+ friendly, knowledgeable staff is an A++.

Came by cause my son's are obsesse with funko and with a simple search on Google, this place popped up and it did not disappoint. Everything is laid out and displayed nicely with 100s of funko from cheap ones to top ? . Overall great stop

Long overdue review. Found this spot about 2 years ago when I started collecting pops. Got a few grails here before they jumped in price ad well. They have a bunch of fairly priced pops and the grails aren't too overpriced either. Not sure if it's going to continue, but they also do a monthly pop up where people can come to buy, sell and trade but with the owner opening a new location in Vegas, not sure if it will continue. Def check it out if you're in the area and I believe they buy as well.

Great place to go for your Pokémon needs! Definitely has the best prices I've found in the Bay Area. The staff and also very friendly and helpful!
