The store is not organised and surprisingly the employees themselves don’t know where some specific items are located. Moreover the customer service by cashiers are unprofessional.

Doesn't seem to have a large selection at times, a bit in a disarray on other days- but it is a good place, cool security people and cashier overall.
Atypical Ross excellent experience (that's a good thing!), with the snacks and drinks outfront and hanging signs with anything you could need in your daily experience!

An associate refused to help me find a price on a heavy item. No explanation given, just that I had to bring it to the front. Would like a clarification on this policy.They also reprimanded another associate for leaving a door open to customers wanting to ask questions.Apparently you are not meant to buy stuff here, so don't bother.Do not recommend after this negative experience.
