My service advisor is courteous and knowledgeable, the problem with Fremont Ford, is when I try to call in for status on my vehicle. The phone management system is terrible, it's automated but they need to man the phones with real human beings. The wait time from start of call, to connecting with a person on average is 10 minutes. Dropped my F-150 off at 8am this morning to replace the left rear shock. Probably a 2 hour job at most. It's 1pm and I cant get an answer from anyone where the F my truck is. It's funny, I have a completely different experience when I drop my Porsche off for service.

Took my truck in for an oil change today. "The Works" has gone up in price and is now $99 but luckily I had a $25 off coupon sent in the mail. Was told it would be done in less than 2 hours but it ended up 2 1/2 hours before I asked if it was done yet. Then when explaining the details to me the service advisor told me my washer fluid was almost completely empty. I thought with the works at $99 they would fill the washer fluid since it's the cheapest fluid in the vehicle. He said "No we usually just top it off with water but yours is so dry you should put the solvent in it first". He was willing it fill the washer fluid for an additional cost but that would be additional time as well so I said I would do it. Picked up a gallon of washer fluid for under $5 at Walmart tonight and filled it myself. Shouldn't "The Works" oil change service include washer fluid fill up?

Call Abbas, he is a Ford dealer that cares about his customers and works his magic to get a nice ford for you. I been working with him time and time again for several cars and he knows what to do every time.

After my truck got stolen. I had to look for a vehicle asap. I wasn't a fan of Ford but, was interested in looking for a truck and had to be really convince to buy one. And for sure I was convinced because Of this dealership. Hands down the best dealership to work with. They're not pushy like other dealerships. Jesse, Abbas and Mansoor were the guys we dealt with and they are one of the nicest guys. Like what I said "NOT PUSHY". The whole team at Ford Newark were all friendly. Thank you

Don't even bother with these people. I sent two online internet requests regarding an Explorer I was interested in and nobody ever got back to me. Worst dealership ever. If I could give zero stars I would- terrible service since no service was provided!!!!!!

What's the point of making an 8am service appointment when you've been waiting 30 minutes for a service advisor. "Quick Lane" is not quick whatsoever and a laughable marketing gimmick. AVOID GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. I just f****** left.

Letting the public know how disappointed I am with Fremont Ford. The car under warranty still I had the lumbar on the driver side seat fixed repaired brand new parts. The mechanics took the seat out and put it back and scratched the interior of my car and other areas and paint I'm very disappointed I can't believe that they didn't cover the area so they would not damage people's property that was in great shape. They need to be more careful and do the job with diligence and do things right, now I'm having to prove this case to get things right. pretty sad. If you care about your car you may have to go elsewhere (Livermore) , San Leandro, San Jose.

Went to TrueCar, and added Freemont Ford as a dealer to look for special pricing on a Ford Mustang. The quote I got back from Ahmad Nasiry had an $8000 market adjustment line item. I was told you could expect Below MSRP pricing from TrueCar. But not here at Freemont Ford. And a couple reviews state they got MSRP pricing. But not if you go online I guess. I was asked to check out their yelp reviews. So I'm here adding my 2 cents.

The service department don't return calls. I called multiple times but don't get live person to talk to. Scheduling service do answer but they don't have any pricing information.

I'm glad I ended up at Fremont Ford and with Robert C as my sales rep. He was easy to talk to, genuine, and worked hard to get me into the truck I wanted. I also got to talk to Abbas and Mansour during the process - it really felt like a great team running the place! If you're looking for a Ford, don't hesitate to stop by. I sure will for the next car.

Update on my review: After taking it to Serramonte Ford and explain to them the situation they were able to take in the car and try to figure out why it was still having the issue. The car was worse then when I first brought it to Fremont ford. They found that the transmission was the issue and needed to get replaced. They were able to diagnose the car quickly and found the exact problem that Fremont Ford could not. I payed for Fremont Ford to replace brake pads, calipers and rotors for no reason. They didn't not care to charge me even when I told them it didn't fix the issue. How can someone just take someone hard worked money like that? THINK TWICE BEFORE LEAVING UOUR CAR THERE!

Wow wow wow! We have bought/sold many cars and I always walk away feeling ok... just okay and then get home and realize I could have gotten a better deal. But not today, not here and not with Jason/Eddy/Agmad. He bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable with our decision and didn't make me feel bad for being a stickler. (Huge win) Fremont ford feels like family not only will We continue to come back, I will sing his praises from here on out. You forever have our business Jason/Eddy/Ahmad!! I was in the market for a new car and had my heart set out for the Mach-E. I called Fremont Ford one day and the car had just arrived, so I went the next day and was greeted by Robert. He made the experience very welcoming and comforting. This was my first big purchase of a new car and Richard never once made me feel pressured to make the purchase. He answered all my questions and offered us several refreshments while we waited for applications to go through. I had gone to another Ford dealership months prior and there service was no where near as excellent and Fremont's. We enjoyed the experience so much I return a week later to help my mom purchase her car, as we had just received the Clean Cars for All grant. The entire process for both cars was effortless, although we were there for hours, the time flew by because of their hospitality. Huge shout out to Robert, Christian, and the financial managers at Fremont Ford!! If you're in the market for a car I would highly recommend this dealership.
