Paying $3 per page for color printing is excessive and doesn't seem justified, especially when most of the content on the page is in black and white.

the owner Mike is devious and dishonest. I do not recommend this PostalAnnex in Newark location to anyone. I went to drop off some DHL packages at this PostalAnnex location as recommended by DHL. the owner Mike asked me some questions when i was there for the first time, and i told him that DHL charged me a fee if its driver comes picking up packages at my office. the following week i went back to drop off more DHL packages at this PostalAnnex location, the owner Mike charged me for $1 per DHL package because he told me that DHL also charged him. However, DHL explicitly told me that there is no cost for me to drop off DHL packages in any of the PostalAnnex locations because PostalAnnex is authorized DHL partner. Well i did not argue with the owner Mike and paid $16 to him. After i left this PostalAnnex location, i called a Different PostalAnnex in Hayward and i was told that there is not any fee to drop off DHL packages. The owner Mike of PostalAnnex in Newark location is very dishonest, and i advise you not to do business with dishonest people like Mike.

A place that has everything to send a package without any fear of missing something. They have FedEx, ups and USPS. They take printout and finer printing. Been going over here for a while for package shipping and it's not too crowded. The uncle in the shop is funny and very polite!

Very kind, helpful across an array of postal services, and conveniently located! Also doesn’t charge outrageous prices for things such as a small slice of tape (ahem.. UPS across the street)!Notary services available soon too.

I've always had a great experience here. The owner knows what he's doing and always gets my job done. The only minor complaint could be that he is a one man operation so if there are a few customers ahead of you, you will end up waiting a bit. But I feel it's worth the wait.

I wish I could give minus starts to this place. Extremely rude and disrespectful people work here. There was this old man and an old woman, who didn't want to talk with courtesy. I had an infant with me and they just didn't want to help me at all. Forget physical help, they didn't even get up or come closer to discuss my package drop off. Refused to print my label, refused to accept the package and asked me to leave the office. The old lady asked me - what brings you here? I said - I need to drop off the package. Can you please print my label? She says - we don't do that. I said fedex always does that for me and I have an infant, the package is heavy. Could you please print? I can pay you the charges. She says - then why did you come here? why don't you leave and go to fedex? Really? Is this how you talk to your customers? Also seeing that I have an infant with me and I am carrying a big and heavy package. I had to leave my package on the street, put my infant in the car, and then come back for the package. Is this how to treat your customers first thing in the morning? Ungrateful people. Never recommend anyone to go here

WHATEVER SERVICE YOU NEED TO DO, DO NOT GO HERE! Owner was rude and service was bad and slow, too. Even sloth is faster than them no joke. I had to pay $2 for them to email DHL to pick up my package even though I had a label already (That doesn’t even make sense). I asked for a receipt, but I guess their machine broke down, so they just wrote me the tracking number and drop off date stuff from a business card. Should’ve checked the reviews before going there… I hope my package get delivered fast and safe after reading the reviews… Why is this place still here? I strongly suggest and recommend going to an official store, this is a third party like that charge you everything and anything.

I went there for finger printing/live scan. They charged me twice. Thankfully I checked my transaction and was able to call the credit cards to get the refund. It’s been a month that I finished the livescan and my employer did not get the report yet. I will not recommend this place.

Find other place to do business with. Worst experience ever. Needed to purchase a prepaid mailing envelope for consular needs as couldn't make it to USPS before it closed and they mispelled everything that was written and mismatched typed their own address. So unprofessional and rude. Does not even try to fix their mistake and would argue with customers.
