“Great service, convenient location I'm glad was not closed, though one time a package was not picked up from here (to be shipped) on the same day even though I dropped it off before the cutoff time. That was years ago and it's only happened once out of multiple times, so I think it's alright.”

“After reading I was very concerned but by end of process it had changed my opinion.
We had appointment at 10:15 AM and we reached before 10 min and It was for my infant kid for getting new passport. Thank you to Suneela the passport agent who was very professional and helpful explaining everything. Suneela was super patient and helpful while communicating and collecting documents and Other colleague helping in taking the passport photos. Overall it was super nice ? and fast paced work.
All the process was done in less than 15 minute.

“It was my first visit to this location. It's a lot larger than the post office I usually use. It has a small-town, intimate ambiance, with the cherry wood framing and open, welcoming layout. I really liked the display of available stamps, so much so, I bought a few packs though I seldom mail envelopes. The clerk was very nice and helpful.”

“Passport service is excellent in this post office. Passport clerks are very good natured. I submitted my passport application at this post office last Monday as a walk in customer. They also provide passport service without appointment every Monday and Friday. Keep doing the good job, it’s helps people a lot. I recommend people to go there!”

“I would like to give a shout-out to Grace. Came here today to activate a mail box my son had applied for online. Grace was very helpful, guiding me through every step of the process to get it activated. Despite being the only staff at a busy branch office, she was super patient, thorough, and very friendly to everyone.”
“Came here to mail something across the country. The post office is tucked away in building 6 and you have to enter through a back entrance. Luckily I had asked another employee where to go and gave me a tip that it was in a building that looked like it wasn't open (haha). Once I was in the building, the signs were super helpful. The post office itself was small but it had everything you needed. The woman working there, Thu, was super helpful and even helped me figure out what box to use in order to save the most money. She even helped me with packaging too. Overall great service and I'm glad I am close to here for any mailing needs. Avoids the usual long lines for sure. FYI: there are no self kiosks so you will need to wait. However, it doesn't seem like a very busy office to begin with.”

“The ideal location to schedule early passport appointments is the small post office. There is ample parking within the gated complex, which is located on Gold Street immediately after the bridge. The most kind and compassionate person I have ever met is this young man who is shown here holding baby N. Your appointment needs to be scheduled here!”
“We had an appointment at 11:30 but were seen ~12. Although it was lunch hour for the lady there she honored our appointment. She was friendly, helpful and quick. There are no restrooms.”
“I want to say, the staff is so kind and professional at this location! I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and I couldn't see her name but the lady on the very right hand side booth bent her back trying to get my receipt I lost. Literally so kind and professional. “Came in for a walk In appointment for the hours of 9-10am. There was a long line as expected, but what I really appreciate is as it was getting close to 10am, Ms. Irma and her staff did not turn those who were waiting. However. She came out and explained the options of waiting times because they do have to serve appointments too. She walked the line answering questions. I really appreciate her not turning us in line away after walk-in hours were over. Mr. Eddie processed my application in a timely manner and was very friendly, humorous and nice to chat with about traveling. I highly recommend to come with your photos & copies of Documentation as it speeds up the process when you go to the back. They all have excellent customer, thank you staff”

As a family member of a retired postal worker, I am aware of how they pile on the tasks and every task is timed and scrutinized. They did a great of helping everyone in line.”
“Can't believe it!!! There was actually a nice person who was willing to help!We had our mail on hold for a month and it was not delivered after our return as requested. We went to the post office on Hope street who could not help. They gave us a number going nowhere. Finally we found this address, showed up on a Saturday at noon and actually a very nice gentleman went to check if our mail was on the back and it was!!!It should not have been that complicated but to be able to deal with a human being was extremely helpful.”

“This is not a retail location, so customer service takes employees away from their tasks so service can be a bit slow.However, you can drop Priority Mail packages there before the last Oakland truck leaves (don't expect a scan, the bins are on the dock), and they can get you mail pieces that need a signature if you have the paper from the mailman.”
