The staff is very rude, very aggressive and despotic, they do not help, very very bad service, nor do I recommend it at all.

Staff member go out of their way to help you! I had to replace spark plugs on my vehicle. They helped me find all the tools I need and even guided me on how to do it! Thank you!

Went to Oreilly's at Newark, CA, and they are always very customer service friendly. Needed a bulb replaced fir front headlight and Brian was super nice and installed for me. The Oreilyy's at Fremont, CA, flat out said they don't do that. I come to the Newark store for the BEST service always

I had a little issue with my Lexus car. One of their staff member came outside to check the same. He helped to find a product on behalf of me and fixed it too. Very polite. I recommend this place if you want to buy car related products.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is easy to find in the bay area. There's usually a few in every town. Their competitors may have just one. The one is smaller than most. Not many parking spaces. Not as much inventory depth as bigger stores. Ride been having squeakin noises around the power steering. Time to get another bottle of synthetic power steering fluid to keep on hand. Not gonna wait till i run put to rush out to buy one. O'Reilly's is auto parts labeled by sections. Easy to find anything once department is identified. "Chemicals" was it. One bottle lasts quite awhile. Buys: synthetic power steering fluid (17.99) -just a slight pour & steering issues disappear..

Needed wiper blades for my Prius and I couldn't figure out the right type or size. Drew (who was super busy) noticed that I was struggling to find the right information and immediately looked up what I needed on the computer. When I asked if he knew how to install the rear blade, he said yes, and would I like him to install it. (there is a sneaky way to do it and the manual is no help) I said yes and within 5 minutes he had all 3 installed and wouldn't take any payment for the installation. This was service above and beyond! Thanks!
