Recently, our new car got scratched and I reached out to Eddie for suggestions on what I should do as it wasn't a major issue. He was very helpful and suggested I bring it in that following morning so that he could access the damage. What ended up happening is he repaired the scratches for me complementary! We've used his services when our cars needed major work. He has taken excellent care of our vehicles as well as many of our customers. I highly recommend he and his team.

Miguel, Eddie and all the crew are great people. Brought my car in with back bumper and side fender damage. Miguel told me straight up how it is going to go down and how the repair will be. Gave me calls as I waited on updates about the car. When the car was all done they cleaned up the car, the headlights, and vaccumed the inside of the car. If you need work done I HIGHLY recommend newark collision center. Great ppl and workers here ! Thank you !

Got My BMW X1 front bumper buffed (had scratches due to a soft sideswipe) . Eddie was straight forward about it and did not trick me into needing to have it painted. Great shop, Great place to be in. Getting to look at all the classics they work on is priceless. Going back here for sure.. to get work done on my car / hang out with Eddie and group and learn more about their work :)

you know, I really don't like giving bad reviews but the owner should take this as constructive criticism. This place might do good work, I don't really know because my experience ended after a phone call to get an estimate on painting a bumper cover for a 2006 jetta. Everything was fine until I asked what warranty they offered on paint jobs. Not sure if this is not something they have a policy on but it didn't seem like it as it seemed like he just guessed and said "about 2 years". Strange response don't you think? And when I mentioned I wanted a long lasting paint job he mentioned I would require a higher quality paint/clear. So for $450 which is pretty high I get low quality materials? That wasn't even what got me. The kicker was he told me my cars factory paint was a single stage paint job and what he was selling me was a 2 stage job. I get that probably many many people is this world know nothing about many things they have to pay others to do but as a business owner it's just better to be honest. Painting is not rocket science. If you don't know much about the processes it's not hard to find out these days. There is no car that I have ever seen that was built after the late 80s that has a factory single stage paint job. A 2006 jetta definitely has a 2 stage paint. Even after I told you that you were incorrect you stuck to your statement which I guess I understand. But if you're saying my car has a 1 stage paint why would you paint my bumper in 2 stage? It wouldn't match! meaning it would not look the same. You have to be better than this.
