Really appreciate how helpful and empathetic Ace, Alex and the team were. From the time I called to ask if they could help in our situation, he had his tow company out to our site within a half hour. He took us back to his shop, and took the time to help us understand the choices we had and worked promptly with our insurance. Highly recommend!

I took my 99 bmw e36 m3 here for some basic body work was in a small collision on driver side the rear quarter panel was dented in it was repaired but very poorly and is extremely noticeable compared to other side (still seems dented in )The paint was even worse spots all over the car on painted areas some areas weren’t painted enough seeing old paint panel color under the new paint. Starting on the interior they couldn’t swap locks over from door to door on the car the door panel had all original screws and bolts before going to the shop I received it with wood screws loosely under the bolt cover for the door panel the side trim was hot glued on I can keep going on and on about small things here and there like over spray and primer in some areas just not a overall neat job and not recommended learn from my mistake ☹️

Reasonable rates and the owner is down to earth. I much rather deal with an owner of a small shop than work with big establishments with no communication. Excellent work for fair price.

Came in for a quote on a dent for my passenger door. I got a very reasonable quote for the body labor as well as paint match on my custom paint job. I also got an estimation of when I would get the car back when I came in for a quote on the body damage.

First of all, Ace (the owner/manager/all around guy) is God sent to us. We had an accident and called different places but every shop were busy except with Ace. When i spoke with him over the phone, he made me super comfortable and asked me to text him a picture of the damage, he called me right away and quoted me a price. He assured me that he can take care of it the same day as well, mind you, it was already 7pm. I got there, he took me right in, he, himself did the dent repair.. SAME DAY! He took extra care of the car and of Course, us.. he took pride in his work and very detailed. He is genuinely a nice guy, very helpful and i really appreciate his kindness to customers. (That is hard to find nowadays) I highly recommend him for any auto body work. Before we left, i told him, thank you for the good deed you gave us today. He is really a blessing in disguise.

Talked to the owner, Basir, very friendly staff with 21 years of experience! Took my Nissan Sentra that was hit in the front due to someone backing up into me for an insurance work and they did an amazing job! They did it in a timely manner, paint looks flawlessly, all parts are aligned correctly, and they even waxed, cleaned, vacuumed the interior, and polished the tires making it look like I was buying a brand new car all over again! Thank you Basir for turning a bad experience into a good one. Will stop by here for future repairs.

Owner does not provide quote over the phone. You'll have to stop for quote which was inconvenient but worth the trip. I contacted another body shop that did provide me a quote over the phone and the cost was double what I paid at Crystal Auto Body. The work I had done was to replace a damaged passenger rear mirror. Instead of buying an after market product the owner suggested using the same part from a junk yard. The turnaround time to have the mirror ordered, painted and replaced was efficient and the customer service excellent. People at this business are friendly, courteous and do good work. Thank you Crystal Auto Body!

Really nice people and paint job for a good price. I heard good reviews so I decided to check them out my self. I got my trunk painted from them and it came out great! Cant wait to install it on my car with my new lights!

Crystal auto body shop has a good history in the Newark area.I know it has been in business for 13 years,they provide top quality repair and finish,they take time to listen to the customers concerns and make sure they understand whats involved in the repair process,so far ive been happy with them!!
