Absolutely wonderful. I always felt taken advantage of by other shops. NOT HERE! They made me feel comfortable and confident with my repairs and the cost. I'm grateful to have found the shop and the honest people that work there I think I have a mechanic for life. Thank You!

This mechanic is disrespectful and a thief! He's favorite rebuttal is "Whatever" I was advised by my favorite smog shop to give Naval a call. My trusted Smog shop is a trusted Business Establishment and I took their advice and gave Naval a call and informed him of the issue "timing needed adjusting".. Naval spent 5 minutes under the hood of 'my car and he sent me on my way after charging me $30.00 I returned to my favorite smog shop for a retest for smog but, they informed that the smog would possible not pass because the car sputtered and it wasn't running properly. I informed them that I visited Naval and he sent me on my way after he supposedly fixed it. They asked that I call Naval and see if he would look at the car again, which again I took their advice. I called Naval and he agreed to meet me at the smog shop the following morning to discuss the problem with the smog mechanic. Naval, never showed up which didn't surprise me since " I had already sense what kind of rude person he was". Bottom line, Naval argued with me about not making things right and he didn't like that I informed him about taking money from me and not showing up to the smog shop. He basically could of cared less and told me "Whatever!" Naval is not honest and is very unethical. Phan's Smog Station in Newark is the place to go. They are so honest and have agreed to fix my issue without charging me a cent. Naval should be ashamed to even call himself a Business Man. It's such a disadvantage to consumers like myself to experience such horrible service especially when he was referred. It's a wonder why Mechanics get such a bad rap...Advice to all " stay as far away from this establishment!" Advice to Naval " go take some Customer service, and being honest, training courses....

Always on point and take care of his customers right away, I have a very busy schedule and I always bring all of our family cars to Naval knowing, that he will take care of the problem right away and I have a peace of mind that I won't be stuck somewhere.

Great customer service. The premises looked a bit intimidating but the staff were polite, patient and explained what we needed and didn't need. I went to replace a blinker bulb in a hurry and they went beyond to help tighten my driver-side door hinges. Would go again.

I have been taking my cars to Nav since 2005 or so and he has never let me know. He's fair and always gives me a good price. Hands down, best mechanic in the SF Bay Area
