Been at this Bank of America for nearly 34 years. That will be changing soon. Worst customer service. Teller Micheal rudest most arrogant person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Bank of America does not care. Will probably post a response sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. Yet do nothing to improve experience. This branch deserves it 1 star overall rating

Had to visit this branch with our team. Wasn't too busy midday. Our teller, Michael, really helped us sort things out today. Just found out we're established at another location, but wanted to give a shout out and say thanks!

I am just going to say that the poor human that works behind the counter are very rude. Being in line watching and hearing Shiv belittle elder people that just wants their money is so inhumane. This guy has no compassion for "Customer Service". I even said, Wow, Shiv, you just pissed off a few people but he doesn't hear it at all. Then, he tried to sway me into withdrawing money at the ATM instead but I told him that I'm already in front of him and and I just want my money. He doesn't seem to care. As far I am concern, this guy doesn't belong to working for a bank. Too bad they have no manager onsite to support this odd person. It's probably why they treat customers badly.

Unhelpful, the guy working there today said I couldn't cash my check because my full name wasn't on it. Then they tell me that they'll cash it today only, next thing you know they tell me I can't cash it because a Zelle transaction wasn't posted. I've cashed a check at other BofA's with no problem same exact situation until now. If you can go to a different bank to cash a check please go because they don't treat you like you bank with them.

Not even surprised this place has low ratings. This bank should be shut down. Chase is way better. Came to this bank to find out what's going on with my sons credit card account only for them to tell me to call. Well obviously I could do that on my own without walking into a bank. When we call over the phone they want to verify his identity so we walked into the bank. The lady who was working there was so rude and unprofessional short brown hair. And she was useless. Chase would never do that. They would get someone on the line for you. I wish I got her name because she was the worst. No wonder this bank is ordered to pay $100 million to customers. They are are the worst and the workers here are incompetent. Quick to open an account for people, but not quick to help them troubleshoot.

Seem nice when you show up, but made trying to open a trust checking account and got every excuse trying to get it going. Asking for old copies of docs that were not needed. My lawyer told Me to find a nicer bank and suggested US bank. US Bank was awesome .

This review is more for the policy than the people. I wanted to withdraw a little bit of cash, but didn't have my ATM. So as I've done a few times before, I gave them my drivers license number, and expected them to ask for my social Instead, they said, I need to log onto the app to verify my identity that way . why on earth does a human need to be verified by a digital app on the phone?

If you need to see a teller skip this spot. You see alot of people standing around but there's always just one teller.

This Bank of America had gone down since I've been here, which was only because my mom signed me up when I was 18. Once I pay off my credit card I'm switching to Chase.. I went in with my mom to withdraw and transfer cash. The ATM ate one of her bills, so we were frustrated (this isn't the first time the atm acted up for us). We asked for assistance from the lady who helps customers in line. Her name is REEMA. She asked what was wrong, and midway into explaining what happened, she cuts us off multiple times to ask if we have the banking app. Honestly, I understand that her job is to make the line go faster. BUT THERE WAS NO ONE IN LINE. Like why are you rushing us? Customer service 101: If a customer is upset, let them explain their situation, you say some generic empathetic thing like "I'm sorry that happened and I understand you're frustrated", AND THEN try to solve the problem. All she did to help was tell us we had to contact customer service. We ended up calling and the guy on the phone was way more helpful. But ugh, Bank of America is just not it.

If I could give a negative rating,I would. Don't have your greeter tell me you can do foreign currency exchange. Then when I get in line and wait for over an hour, your teller says she can't do it because it's 6 minutes past 2:00 and foreign exchange is closed. I got to the window BEFORE 2:00 and your first teller couldn't complete the transaction. So it's after 2:00 only cuz we had to wait around for a different teller. Then I'm told I have to come back M-F before 2. So I'm like, "I teach. So how do you expect me to come in before 2:00?" The greeter (now hovering over the teller) says, "You can come on Saturday." I asked, "Are you SURE it can be done on a Saturday?!" She says yes while the teller is saying no. Cuz the foreign exchange market is not open on a Saturday. So we need to figure out how to get to a bank during the school week before 2:00 to deposit my money. Maybe it's time to change banks. 1. The slow rate of service. There is always a line almost to the door. The guy walking out on our way in reported an hour long wait. 2. The level of "specialization" to have to see different tellers or agents to get your business done is so stratified that it's ineffective. 3. We don't need a greeter that stands around and gives bad info. We need more competent people working the windows.

The manager Dana was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I walked in I was not offered a seat. After speaking with the host, Dana rudely kept cutting me off, did not let me explain all of my issues with my deposits and my debit card. They did not attempt to call customer service to see what issues could be resolved. Dana basically just tried to school me down about their policies with a harsh tone and arrogant body language. None of my issues are resolved and I'm left with blocked debit card and no ability to deposit my electronic check. I am never coming back to this branch again. Do NOT go to this branch.

Needed The manager's signature in a document. Manager was there and in their office. Wouldn't have taken them more than a couple of minutes, but they wanted me to make an appointment. Because I need a Saturday appointment the next available one was two months away. Totally unacceptable!

10 employees, 5 customers = 45min wait. The lady who greats customers at the door is very rude. ~2weeks no tellers and they direct you to a Bank of America in Fremont that is closed. People do not have the luxury to waste their 1hr lunch break at this lazy branch.
