They suck - I wouldn't trust them with a little tyke phone. Calling their pathetic customer service is worst than having teeth pulled at the dentist or labor. Metro should be acquired by teenagers. Teens would run a corporation better than these folks. Supervisor John hung up on me. Supervisor Chris may have learned from John because he hung up on me too! They're both pathetic. I made METRO spend more than I was trying to save by occupying their time. Time is money SO fuq em! The CPUC needs to hear about METRO's MANDATORY connection FEES when upgrading DEVICES and the CONVIENTLY unavailable PAYMENT MACHINES that DO NOT EXIST in most locations. This seems like a SCAM so I'm going to ASK around. Imagine the MONEY they make from these FEE$ I gave those fuqers a survey ALRIGHT. All fuqing 0's. 1 for John 1 for Chris......

I went here to have my mom's phone looked at to be fixed. Once I said I had insurance they sent me home. They did notice screen was black. I went home looked on YouTube and fixed it.I got a replacement. My mom went back for help. She wasn't helped due to no wifi. They couldn't transfer over contacts.I'm choosing a different t mobile. Not worth my time.

Would not recommend this service at all. They will rip you off. Will toggle your internet speed down (even the hotspot you pay more money for) in favor of their higher paying clients.

Very unprofessional stores workers. Money charged for service that was not provided. I use to like Metro and have been their customer for almost 10 years. But it's time to switch to a provider that is more responsive to their customers needs. Sorry guys.
