“Every single person that I've interacted with at Nanolab has been extremely pleasant and professional, especially Vanessa, Sandra, Irene, and Sumanth. I've only used one of their tools, but setting up an appointment is a breeze. Once I request a booking, Irene or Sumanth usually gets back to me within a few hours. If something comes up, they always let me know right away and give me alternative options. Irene and Sumanth are both very knowledgeable and constantly offering suggestions to get better data. As a whole, Nanolab takes security seriously, requiring several ID swipes to get into certain rooms. I highly recommend Nanolab for all your analytical needs!”

“I came here for fingerprinting only. Made an appointment for 2:00, at 1:30 (they had availability quickly at this time of day). I was a little worried based on some reviews and the outside of the building made it look closed. But I walked in and was greeted by a lovely woman who went over the top to take care of my needs and work with the employer to take care of billing for the fingerprinting. It was quick, easy, and reliable. Highly recommend for fingerprinting!”

“Please use a catheter if collecting multiple samples to reduce the risk of endometrial vein damage. By holding the needle for multiple extractions there is a risk that the constant insertion of tubes could force the needle in and damage the internal walls of the vein (endometrial tissue). I was lucky to have a very experienced phlebotomist.”

The phlebotomist's name was Vi and she did a great job. Very professional and very little pain.
I'm not one who likes to get blood drawn, but she did an excellent job.
On June 27 I had a blood draw done by Danielle. She also did an excellent job, hardly any pain despite ten tubes of blood drawn.”
“Friendly staff and the doctors and nurses. Pay attention to what I on my family have been conveying have been happy with them. The only complaint has been the parking at this location. It is brutal no matter what. Day and time do you go there?”
“My phlebotomist, Marilyn (might be spelled a different way) was extremely nice, welcoming, comforting and did an amazing job! Her taking my blood didn’t hurt at all and she was very sweet!”
