I can't get too excited about this backstage business - but I know there are deals in here somewhere. If you like a mean easter egg hunt this is the place for you. Inside Macy's and convenient in the mall. Right now your probably Christmas shopping. I'd say its similar to a Ross shopping experience only you don't have these ruthless moms to battle here.If I remember right there was a very popular area right next to this area. People were buying espresso machines and coffee pods. I think that might be the gift of the year. Backstage is probably unknown to many. As such there are very few people around stealing your deal. This whole place reminds me of Kmart blue light specials. If you remember those you are probably getting on in years. My aunt who likes to borrow my Baby Wrinkles and not return her for months and months loves these sort of 'deal' places. I just can't get too excited about them.If you are retired or don't value your time or are are some some sort of dog napper you might love this plac.e

This is by far one of the most worst malls I have been in, I was going in to see some mattress for me since I have just moved in the city and bought new bedding furniture as well, so I was testing them out and was taking my time to figure out what was my final decision and out of no where comes this lady named brenda and tells me that I have to leave if I'm not going to purchase anything, I was shocked bc the mattress are on display for the customers to sit and try the comfort of them, so I don't understand why I was kicked out like that, for me she was being really rude and disrespectful! If I could I wouldn't give this any star! Never coming back here again!

All I have to say is the dump is better than this place and the best thing they can do is shut it down as soon as possible! It's an embarrassment to all of humanity.

Found a great deal on a shirt that I wanted online for $39.99 and saw that it was available at the Newark location. I went out of my way to go to this location so I could have it for NYE. Cashier rang it up for $52.50 so I pointed out that they are $39.99 as clearly shown in the picture that was 10 feet from register. She said she would have to ask someone about the price. First she asks a guy who literally shrugged his shoulders and said "I dunno". Then the Manager came over and told me that the online prices don't always match. I pointed out that the sign clearly says $39.99 and she told me "sometimes people move those signs so they are not always right".

This Macy's is in dire need of some TLC! I have shopped here since I was a child and it has gone wayyyy downhill. The fixtures are dirty and broken. The store is in complete disarray. The discount stores at other shopping centers are more tidy. I am disappointed with the lack of upkeep at this store. There is no organization whatsoever! The attempt to revitalize the store by opening up Backstage on the third floor was a great attempt, however, why stop there? Clean the floors, give fixtures a face lift, organize the departments, and hire staff in the purchasing department that are willing to keep in touch with trends for all ages. My sister lives in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Nevada and all department stores are just beautifully stocked and organized. What gives with the poor selection and lack of organization here?

Had a Pretty Woman incident this store today. My nephew and I walk in to make a purchase. One lady at the counter says do you need help, then points for us to go around the corner. As we're standing there another lady looks at us and turns around to drink her water. Then the last one is helping one customer as we're still standing there and then starts helping the guy behind us. I actually had to say out loud "What the f is going on here, if I'm in a sweatshirt and beanie, I can't afford this purchase. Holidays, busy or not. Be at least civil when dealing with a customer. This is why I don't shop in stores anymore. Infuriating #onlineisbetter #amazon

You think these reviews are bad, you should come into this pace during Christmas, it's a complete joke.

Here to pick up my order and there's 12 people in line before me and 1 person working. And I've been standing here for 15 minutes. Where's the rest of your staff Macy's? It's the holidays you should have at least 2 people working the Customer Service section. This is freaking ridiculous!!!

If this store is struggling, it's not because there's few customers. Customer service does not exist. I will do all of my holiday shopping in stores, but it won't at Macy's. Even after asking associate Esti for help, no help ever came. I finally walked away without the shoes.

It's Macy's. Who doesn't love there sales. The employees are nice (the ones I go to or when you can find them sometimes). Been coming to this Macy's forever. Restrooms are clean.

Fatimah on the third level In Bedding and home is the best, she went above and beyond for my service. She sold me some bedding supplies and let me know there's a chance of the item to go on sale Long story short, I lost my receipt and instead of saying there was nothing she could do, she found a way to give me the price adjustment. If you shop here, go to her. She's A1 customer service and class
