“The first location I called, did not have a floor sample for me to look at. The sales rep took the time to confirm another store had it.
I called the 2nd store and worked with Channel M. over the phone, then set up an appointment.
My appointment was perfect. She had things we discussed, on the phone, ready to show me. In the end, with her expert help, I placed my order for an oversized chair and Ottoman.
Channel's knowledge and good listening skills were excellent. She was delightful and had a good eye when it came to fabric for the accent pillow.

Rick Moore and Florence & New Italian Art went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure my peace of mind. Their delivery team was refreshingly honest and transparent. They pointed out the crack in the fountain upon delivery, which allowed me to thoroughly inspect it before accepting the product. Although the crack was not in an obvious place, it was tough for me to assess whether it would get worse over time. I expressed my concerns about its potential to worsen beyond the warranty period. Rick displayed exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to my satisfaction. While in his best opinion, the crack would not worsen, they were willing to exchange the fountain or offer an extended warranty specifically addressing any potential worsening of the crack. “Usually when I see clothing stores like this, I’m weary about the quality. Heavenly Nest blows that out of the park though. I’m a huge fan of their styles and also how nicely the dresses and clothes are made here. They’ve lasted through being well worn and washed. I’ve had a few pieces for a solid year from here and just love them to bits.Also it’s cute to just look around the store - there’s a lot of fun pieces of decor, plants, and accessories too, so it’s really easy to find something you’d like at the price you want. I recently got one of their T-shirts and it’s nice and cozy. Highly recommend.”

“This store is huge. It is a TJ Max and HomeGoods in one. This store has a lot of inventory, and very clean to. I have been to many other stores in the Bay area but this one is a favorite. I had been looking for stainless steel pet food dishes for some time and haven't found what I was looking for until I went to this store. I found a couple of them and they happened to be on clearance. This store had a lot of clearance inventory. I also found a set of oven mitts on clearance. I love these stores. Now, my next find will be pet beds at a discount.”
