“Excellent Personal Service and Quality - Hidden Gem!
I discovered Rashi's Collection while searching for Modi vests for upcoming Indian weddings. This family-run business operates by appointment only from their home garage - definitely call ahead as mentioned in their tagline.
I was helped by Aanvi, the owner's daughter who's studying data science at UC Berkeley. Despite having a full-time summer internship, she was incredibly patient, pleasant, and helpful with no pressure or rush whatsoever. Her approach felt more like helping a friend than making a sale.
While the selection may be limited compared to larger stores, the quality and taste are excellent. Aanvi has a great eye for color matching and ensuring proper fit. I went in for two Modi vests but ended up with two full-length kurtas and white pajamas in addition. My wife also found something she loved.
What sets this place apart is the personalized attention and genuine care. Aanvi took time to understand what I needed and made thoughtful suggestions. The whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable rather than transactional.
If you're looking for quality Indian formal wear with exceptional personal service, this is a great find. Just remember to call for an appointment first!”

“Martin was fantastic, he answered all our questions about the furniture including the origin, how they clean it and check for bed bugs. And he even delivered on Saturday night with a smile. The sofa is just our style, mid century modern, in beautiful condition, and was a good value. Plus, Martin's customer service was over the top exceptional! I'm really glad my husband found this shop, I was skeptical when he mentioned it -- but their products, quality, and customer service quickly won me over. “Usually when I see clothing stores like this, I’m weary about the quality. Heavenly Nest blows that out of the park though. I’m a huge fan of their styles and also how nicely the dresses and clothes are made here. They’ve lasted through being well worn and washed. I’ve had a few pieces for a solid year from here and just love them to bits.Also it’s cute to just look around the store - there’s a lot of fun pieces of decor, plants, and accessories too, so it’s really easy to find something you’d like at the price you want. I recently got one of their T-shirts and it’s nice and cozy. Highly recommend.”

Rick Moore and Florence & New Italian Art went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure my peace of mind. Their delivery team was refreshingly honest and transparent. They pointed out the crack in the fountain upon delivery, which allowed me to thoroughly inspect it before accepting the product. Although the crack was not in an obvious place, it was tough for me to assess whether it would get worse over time. I expressed my concerns about its potential to worsen beyond the warranty period. Rick displayed exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to my satisfaction. While in his best opinion, the crack would not worsen, they were willing to exchange the fountain or offer an extended warranty specifically addressing any potential worsening of the crack. This level of commitment and willingness to go the extra mile distinguishes this operation as a top-notch establishment. They genuinely care about their customers and, at least with me, strived to build a long-lasting relationship based on trust and integrity. Beyond their exceptional customer service and standing behind their products, they offer a diverse and well-curated selection of high-quality and gorgeous fountains.
