Reserved a car for today at 12PM, when I arrived I was told “Give us 10-15 minutes we have to clean a car up for you”. Okay, understandable. I wait 30 minutes to be told “Well now we don’t have any cars remaining, but I’d be happy to give you a ride to another Hertz location.”Why was I allowed to reserve a car on Friday for Monday, if Hertz didn’t have the vehicle available?Avoid Hertz at all costs.

Customer service is all but non-existent for this company. My daughter was broadsided by a car rented and insured through Hertz that had run a red light. Her car was undrivable, so needed to rent a car to be paid for by Hertz (driver at fault was from another country). We spent all day on numerous calls with Hertz trying to find out how to go about this. They wouldn't give out any information, we were bounced from one department to the other, none of which were helpful. After literally 8 hours of off and on calls and attempts to get them help us, we finally caved and rented a car (through Enterprise) ourselves. Still in the process of trying to get Hertz to contact us for instructions and hoping our insurance will jump in once Hertz gives a claim number. They are sloooow (5-7 days just to get a claim number assigned, we're told), and in the meantime.... you are just on your own! I'll never use them and recommend others rent through Enterprise, which I've found to be very helpful.

This is the only place that we rent a car. Great location! Christina is very helpful, kind and courteous. Superb customer service! Making reservation with her quick and very reliable. When I arrived to pick up my rental car, she showed me 2-3 cars and I'm happy on what I've picked. All my inquiries were answered and clarified. Our family's go to place whenever we need a rental. I would give a perfect 10 to Christina for perfect customer service!

Made a reservation for a mid-size gas car and even called the day before to confirm my reservation. I show up to pick up my car rental and they had ZERO car for me. They had fully EV cars but I reserved a gas car. They didn't even have cars for other customers who showed up. Absolutely unacceptable to take reservations and not be able to deliver on it.

This company is straight up SCAMMERS!!! I had a reservations through my insurance company. Which paid 25$ per day for the rental. Dropped my car off at the body shop. And was picked up by their driver's. The driver was nice, but kept on insisting/ advice that I take the Tesla. Spoke to this lady. She said when I'm done. I can just drop the car off at the body shop. Since they worked with the body. Everything was fine. On May 24th, I gotten a call from Hertz. Stating that I haven't returned the rental yet. But the Body Shop has informed them that my car was completed. I reached out to the Body shop, the shop said that they have been trying to reach Hertz to come and pick up the car. But no one answered. Next thing I know I was charged $118.34. Instead of 25$, that the insurance has on my reservations. I tried to call this location back , no one answered. I tried again on May 22nd, May 23, May 24, May 25th and May 26th. Phone kept on ringing. I called Hertz customer service. All I got was call this number. Call the number they give me. And was told to call another number. Seriously? this is the first time renting with Hertz, and will be the last. Shady business practices and fraudulent activities.

Christina was quick, efficient, and kind! An asset to this Hertz location! I had my Mustang repaired at a Ford dealership nearby and needed a rental car to use for work. Couple of days turned 5 days and I pretty much call every day to extend my rental, and she was very easy to work with. Thank you, Christina!

I reserved an economy car. When I arrived, they did not have one available so I had to upgrade at my own expense. Rudhra, the management associate said she would be getting an economy in the following day and that she would call me when it arrived so I could switch cars out. I never received that call. When I arrived to return the car, she said "I thought you were coming to pick up the other car". I reminded her she said she would call me to confirm it was there before making the drive, and she did not. And she completely dismissed me after that.

CSAA sent me to Hertz for a rental while my car was being repaired. After returning the car, they charged me over $100 more because they gave me a bigger car then what CSAA authorized - without telling me! I called the next day and was told they'd refund me. Seven weeks later, still no refund and the manager will not return my call. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
