I called this guy last week and he gave me a quote of 120 and then when I came to fix the phone he changed his price to 140. Wasted my time. I would definitely avoid a place like this he's a Scam and can't even hold his end of the deal. It's about the $20 is the principle He informed me 120, I actually drove down there and for him to not honor it shows what kind of person I would have to deal with if the phone afterward has issues. I recommend sycamore phone repaint it' was 10$ more but his service is excellent. The owner messaged me after I posted the review. telling me my character was out of pocket because I wrote a honest review about his business. I don't have any other phones. would have to be very stupid to show up with a different phone despite of a quote for a different phone. it just shows that he just needs an excuse. It's the month of Ramadan so I don't know why I would lie about some thing so silly. I called for an iPhone promax and he quoted me for an iPhone promax his words"" which screen would you prefer, there are two types of screens and I told him I prefer the cheapest one since this phone has been broken multiple times in the past so there's no point of me paying for some thing that would be expensive because I know it will get broken again, he then responded back saying that OK then 120 instead of 180 since you don't care for the quality of the screen and I said OK perfect and I said is that including taxes or if you pay cash it's 120 if you don't pay cash then there will be tax"". I don't understand business owners it's like they wanna be sneaky but then they get pissed off when customers leave and decide to voice their opinion. This business owner even messaged me after asking me if I was showing up and I had told him I will show up tomorrow attached are photos

I took my daughter's iPhone 7 to Michael because it was draining the battery quickly. He quoted me a fair price compared to several other nearby places. Took him 30 mins to swap the old battery with a brand new one. We watched him with awe while he was doing the job. He has got magic hands. Extremely pleased and highly recommend him. Very friendly attitude.

Fantastic service. Came to get my phone screen replaced, had it all done in less than 10 minutes. No issues with the phone and he even put a screen protector on in that time. Fair price, no hassle, excellent customer service. Michael is clearly an expert in his craft, would highly recommend this place for any phone repairs!

My iPhone 6s's screen was cracked, specifically across the camera. This had happened to me before and I decided to try out some new places in the area. I promptly gotten a quote earlier in the week and was able to do a walk in at my convenience. My phone was fixed in an efficient amount of time, and they provided nothing short of excellence and professionalism. I would recommend bringing cash to pay, however. Great customer service and my phone looks brand new!They even threw a complimentary screen protector for me. Definitely the place to go!

I went down to see Michael about the charging port on my iPhone 6. I was under the impression that it needed to be replaced since I was having difficulty charging my phone. Michael cleaned the port, thereby fixing my problem. Michael could have easily replaced the port for a lot more $$, but instead he fixed the problem, saved me money and earned a loyal customer. I have used other phone repair services in the area and Gorilla Fix is by far the best.Go down and check these guys out!

The nice thing is that he is up front about the repair risk. He tries his best and is very careful. The phone world's fine. Had one small crack but that is on my tempered glass protector. Which is cheap to fox. Thanks Mike

Michael is great! He quoted me a fair price to fix the charging port for my son's and my phone. When we went in he repaired both in about an hour. He was very friendly and seems like an honest guy. Highly recommend for your phone repair needs!

I was so happy when he told me the water damage only needed a screen replacement. I thought I was going to lose all my pictures and videos from my Florida trip. Everything seemed fine until I got home to charge the phone, and realized the screen would randomly scroll all the way up without me touching anything. My phone also doesn't do face recognition anymore. And it doesn't do auto brightness either. I think it's all because of the new screen:( I'm sad because I can't really use my phone anymore. The random scrolling up is annoying.

My iPhone screen was damaged badly. In twenty minutes, I got a new screen and tempered protection glass too. GREAT workmanship and pride in his work. Hopefully, I will take better care of my phone, but if I need a screen repair, there is no doubt who I will go to for service.
