Rolling papers taste like incense and cleaning chemicals.
Please fix the issue. Rolling papers are easily exposed to fragrances and vapors that corrupt the taste and experience.

Website is hot garbage and does not load / let you check out. They will blame the internet at their location, but it doesn't work for me at home or at work. Store was not physically open on Saturday 2 hours into the posted hours of operation.

Male employee with long hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. Forgiving the fact that he seemed to have bong ripped his last brain cell into oblivion, he was hostile and combative when I asked for help with my order. I ordered a flum earlier in the week for pickup (paid for it!) and he said he doesn’t know anything about it and I will have to wait until next week for the employee that was there that day????? Refused to do literally anything even when I’m showing him the receipt on my phone. I know the bar is pretty low for smoke shop employees, but come on…

Customer service is not part of Customer experience. So I came in for a battery I thought it was broken so you would think the employee would check out the battery to see if it works. He immediately said no exchanges without checking it, almost seemingly combative which is confusing since you would think as a clerk of the store he would want to resolve the issue without the attitude. Won't be returning as a customer.
