During a routine maintenance service appointment at Fremont CDJR on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, some serious problems were discovered during the initial maintenance inspection pertaining to a significant oil leak. No one wants to hear such news from a repair shop or dealership when your car is up on the rack. Melinda Williams was my Service Advisor and she walked me clearly through everything that was wrong and needed repair, including taking me out to the maintenance bay where the mechanic showed me the damage. She indicated that the previous service I had done at another dealership was not adequate & they may have overlooked and/or caused the current problems. She stated that she does not let a car back on the road until the service is complete & the car is tested & road-worthy. She even delivered me the damaged parts that required replacing. She also said she had my back in bringing up the issue with the previous dealership. I spent nearly $7,000 on unexpected but necessary repairs above & beyond the $2000 scheduled maintenance service! OUCH! Despite the financial gut-punch, I felt Melissa was direct & honest with me and provided exceptional service amidst a miserable repair situation. She refunded costs to my credit card due to a "check engine light" issue and she covered the cost of the rental car I needed for several days. I believe she managed this situation with a great deal of integrity & customer support. I still have some reckoning to do with the previous dealership and Jeep Inc. because I don't believe my Jeep should be plagued with problems of this magnitude, especially since I have been diligent with scheduled maintenance & I take care of my car. We shall see. In any case, I would highly recommend working with Melinda Williams. She is a pro, is gracious, and genuinely cares about the customer.

I traded my Jeep and leased another Jeep. My deal was not easy but I got what I wanted. Christian was the sales person who went above and beyond to help me through the process. The whole team effort between Sly and Alejandro assured me they had the best deal. They certainly followed through and blew away the 3 other Chrysler Jeep dealerships. There was no game, no hassle and they were very up front. If they don’t have the car they will find one for you. I was completely amazed by the team effort. I drove off a happy customer. I will be referring them all my friends and family.

I have only had to deal with this dealership two times and both were an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend anyone visit or deal with this dealership, especially woman. I am a single woman with career in refinery operations, so I am no expert in cars but nor am I stupid. I am also a very respectful, professional and kind person when working with others. My first time dealing with this dealership was when I purchased my car and the man I worked with was horrible and his behaviors were sickening. He wouldn’t listen to me, ignored what I was saying or asking, talked over me, and treated me like I was stupid. I am use to being treated bad because I have always worked in an all male industry, but this was a whole new level of disgust. More recently I had to bring my car to their service department because it was leaking oil, and they were trying to take extreme advantage of me. It made me, my family and friends sick. First, their customer service was horrible. There was no place to park so I parked up front in their parking lot. When i walked in they told me they wouldn’t talk to me until I moved my car but there was no space free and their drive in was blocked and full. Then when I finally was able to get a spot i walked back into the desk and they told me they would not help me unless I was standing by my car. So I went and stood by my car and proceeded to wait 30min before being acknowledged. Then after they inspected my car they were trying to take extreme advantage of me. My male friend, who is a mechanic of 30+ years, called asking them about the same exact services they were telling me I needed but they told him it was 150 vs 500+ for me. They also were going to charge me $1500k for services and parts that cost a third of that normally. When I presented that pricing information to multiple friends of mine who were all mechanics they were disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE A WOMAN ALONE.

Amazing customer service. I came into the dealership by appointment and I was immediately greeted by a salesman named Mark. Regardless of me being late, he was very courteous to me and my family. Mark went above and beyond by helping me find a car that I actually liked. He was super patient and understanding when I was being indecisive. I was impressed of it being an easy process. While waiting for my approval, I was also introduced to Alex. He explained everything very well to my Spanish speaking parents. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend anyone purchasing their vehicles from this dealership.

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at the dealership. Cris was knowledgeable and communication was in a relaxed manner. We chose to finance our vehicle and got an excellent rate. The finance paperwork only took about 20 minutes and everything was well- explained to us. We plan to go again soon when we get my wife a new car.

It was a great experience buying a car from Fremont Chrysler. Mark was very helpful & guided us through out the process. He was patient, answered all our queries & never pushed for a sale. Both Alex & Mark were excellent and I would recommend working with them.

Highly recommend! Great experience purchasing a car with them. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helping staff. I called Fremont chrysler after deal fell through with Stevens Creek and Sunnyvale Chrysler dealerships, and within 2 hrs of the call I drove off with my Pacifica Hybrid. Unlike the other dealerships they were upfront and transparent on the pricing, whereas both the aforementioned dealerships mentioned different prices when I test drove and when I am ready to buy.Ask for Juan from sales, I worked with him. And Alex and John (Finance) were quite helpful as well.

I did-not buy my Pacifica at a dealership, I bought it online. "Dan Downey" from Service department helped in every step of the way from appointment to service. He pointed out that there are 2 recalls (need additional changes than service) on my car and was upfront about the delay it would cause. He even offered to book an uber for my ride back home. He also helped identify an issue with tire pressure sensor and scheduled another appointment as the replacement parts are not available. The next appointment even more seamless. Thanks Dan and Chrysler.

Service department (Melinda Williams) My first impression from her should've told me to turn away. She didn't seem happy and just plain miserable. I went here because of the reviews, they were not welcoming and the communication is horrible. She didn't mention I would be without a car for a week and it takes 4 days for a window to come. One week passes and I call on Monday because I'm left without any explanation to what's happening. She never ordered the part and blames my insurance to cover herself for the delay. The service manager of course covers her and makes an excuse for the delay that it's COVID that it normally takes longer. Buying a car could be a nice experience from this location until you take it in for service anywhere in the bay area. Be prepared to pay a diagnostics fee on top of your problem with no loaner

We were in the market for a Jeep Rubicon. The dealership happened to have the one we wanted in stock, so we made a phone call inquiring about it. We had the pleasure of working with the sales rep Aaron. He was very responsive to our questions we sent thru text and even sent us a walk-through video of the vehicle. He made our purchase easy and was very helpful from start to end. Thank you, Aaron!

The employees are super nice and very helpful. They made my dream to own a Jeep Wrangler happen and the whole transaction went smooth. They will work with you no matter what your budget is. Mark, who is only there for 2 weeks, was fun and patient with me as it took me more than an hour to pick a car. I love my Wrangler and BIG THANKS to everyone.

I purchased a 2015 QX60 here and I was assisted by Jacqueline Segura throughout the whole process, and the customer service was the best. She was very helpful and informative, it helped me as first-time car buyer to understand how things work. Although after a few days of having the car, it started to show an electrical issue, the dealership offered to get it checked out free of charge. I would recommend this place to first-time car buyers.

UPDATE - After I wrote this review, the Service Manager did reach out to me to apologize for what happened. He asked me to bring the jeep back in and they would clean all the residue oil in the engine bay and under the jeep. I did take him up on the offer and they did a good job on cleaning up my jeep. I will say that they tried to make things right.

I have been coming here every 3 months for about 3 years for regular service to my vehicle, however during my last visit in June I noticed a significant change for the better! The waiting area has been updated and the service staff were more efficient in providing services than ever before! Thank you, Mr. Mason for the improvements!

My review is for Sales with Cristian Anaya. I am grateful for Cris for showing me the Rubicon 4xE, he was able to help me differentiate between all the Wranglers that Jeep had to offer, and helped me to choose wisely & ultimately which was the best style for me. Cris & the managers ran numbers with the banks to help me trade in my car for the Rubicon that I wanted. I am a busy mom/business woman so I don’t have much time to handle these life situations, so I appreciate the time they took to stay after closing hours just so I can leave with my brand new car, and successfully they did! Thank you Cris & the rest of the team for helping me find my new car!
