It's the same experience. This FedEx staff didn't work well and failed to deliver twice. He said that my address was wrong. It was a terrible experience!

Don’t come to this place if you are doing an online label free return with a QR code. They don’t have machine for scanning the code. If you want to instead print a label they will charge you $2. There’s a reason for having an average one star rating. If I can do 0 star I would do it for sure
