Since I have moved back to Fremont, back from Sacramento, I had to find a new Farmers agent. I love sports, so go to O'Sullivans
Sports Bar to watch the games, and saw there was a new office going to Open. That evening I walked in Patricia and Ray(from Farmers) happen to be there that evening. Talked and visited with both of them that evening, told them my situation, and that I was looking for a new local Farmers agent. And from that evening on, I've been a client of hers. She and her staff have been very Professional, Helpful, and are always available anytime I have questions or a need. I have been Extremely pleased with thier service and as my agent. I would "Highly" recommend her to any of my family or friends that are looking for a Great Insurance Agent. Anytime I have called or walked in for anything, they treat you like family. Last year I move back to Newark, Ca. from El Paso, Texas and needed to get Farmers Insurance ASAP so I could register my car in California. It was Saturday and none of the Farmers offices in Newark or Fremont were open except for Patricia Martinez office.
I called to verify if they were really open and if she could see me without having an appointment. She said yes and I've been with her ever since. She and her staff were very welcoming and polite. Patricia Martinez Farmers Insurance is EXCELLENT!!!
