Is there zero star? Drop off an ipad for repair never call back for updates, trying to call for updates not yet done. Seriously for a month!!!To make the story short forget.. bad business ethics

I have iPhone X and the display screen popped out on left side. I thought I was using too much disinfectant wipes. That was not the case, Mike said battery almost died because of over charged. No wonder the phone was too hot once in awhile not sure for the causes. In any case, he is honest about the issue and make customer feels assure about the service. I would recommend this place as I think he has lots of experiences and exactly know what he is doing.

I called at 2:30 PM and he said he was at this location instead of the Newark location. He said he was covering for a friend who had just gotten married. I called two different times as he said the first time he would just text me the address and he never did. So I called again he sent me the address, I showed up he wasn’t there I called again, he said he had just stepped out and would be right back. 10 minutes later I sent a couple text no answer, I called again and he says he will be there in five minutes. I asked how long the repairs would take and he said 15 minutes. I had already described that I needed both a front and back replacement to my iPhone. Once I get there he says I would have to come back another day as the back repair would take too long. He then shuts down my phone and I ask him to give it back to me because I am rather angry that I just drove to a different location and he did not once tell me he wasn’t going to be there and to say that it would take hours. He had all those opportunities on the phone to tell me. He cost me an hour of my time and gas. Do not do business with this person.

Had to get iPhone screen and battery replacement as well fix a phone damaged by water which was stuck in restore mode. They took care of all of it for a very fair low price. They can also hook you up with any model capacity phone you may need, definitely going to be my first choice for any repairs outside warranty. Got an iPhone hardware issue, Checkout Du Mobile. 5 star service while you wait.

Even though I live far away I am super happy that I made the drive to Du Mobile. The owner was very understanding and found a phone that fits my needs. We even played a fun game of ping pong ? while waiting to be helped!
