Convenient location for the area. Rooms are a good size and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in the future. Plenty of free parking if you have a car rental.Rooms: Clean and well maintained.

Stayed on ground floor. Tiny ants expected, mouse was not. Neither was standing at front desk at 6am with my hair looking like Gene Wilder while she told me to hold on.Continuing to deal with others for 10 min while im getting looks i left rodent on the counter,grabbed a coke and left. They didn't seem to care so neither did i.BTW mouse should have chewed way out in 5 min. Should have stayed for the show

Staff was very friendly. Lobby looks lovely. But the rooms need some work. The bathroom was very small, old, and out-dated. When another guest was using the shower or bath, the water would scream through the pipes and wake me up.I had high hopes for this hotel, as it is a DoubleTree, but they really need to put some work into it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms (no chemical air freshener smells), super fresh linnen (again, clean-smelling rather than masked with detergent scents), and such comfortable beds!The bed feels like a cloud you crawl and melt into. They also have incredible blackout curtains in the room. Includes a cute little kitchenette too.All in all, a solid 5 out of 5!Ps- I just noticed that the photos & videos were sideways, so I added them again right side up if you'd like to see them properly.

I always have a good stay here. Sometimes a little noise depending upon room but generally always have a good stay here. And they actually recognize the Hilton Diamond status.

The newly redone pool is perfect. We stay at this hotel regularly because we consistently have a great experience with everything from check in to check out. The front desk staff is always so welcoming. The rooms are always clean. The patio is a nice feature whether you have one overlooking the garden or the pool. The restaurant always has good food with great service. The property is well maintained, beds are comfortable and there’s food and fun nearby. Always a great stay. This was my second time staying here. It's always a quick and easy process, and the rooms have everything you need. There's a bar/restaurant just downstairs, which is convenient because there aren't an insane amount of options nearby. The food is good, and the drinks are fairly priced. And the best part? Free cookies at check in...warm cookies! Eat them 1-2 days later -- you won't regret it!Yodit helped me at check out. She was extremely kind, and even gave me an extra cookie for the road -- that really made my day! Thank you so much for a great stay. I'll be coming again!Julian Hoffman

I have stayed here numerous times over the past few years for regular business travel. The staff really made an effort to remember me (especially my breakfast order). They made me feel extremely welcomed. I like that if you stay in the tower you need a room key to get up on the elevator. It adds extra security I prefer when traveling alone. The rooms are very big and the beds are super comfortable. It is only about 5 min from all the shops and restaurants in Fremont so there are lots of dinner options around. The area itself feels much safer than other places I have stayed in this part of California.

Great stay! Older hotel, a bit outdated however our rooms are clean and had a nice garden view. Bed was comfy. Pool was closed at this time; we used the fitness center and was adequately equipped; weights and treadmills for us.Did not interact with front desk or dine in the hotel other than checking in. Nice and friendly, some didn't show much expression and had to press for help but did not experience any bad service. And oh, first time experience, warm delicious cookies at check-in, nice touch.Bonus, lots of food options around this area and very close to where we needed to be! Downtown, Santana Row, Little Saigon not too far, 30 minutes away.

We came for the music and dancing. There is live music on Friday and Saturday nights. No cover, no minimum. The band was just OK. The patrons and bartenders are nice. We were there on Friday, 6/22; Saturday is supposed to be a salsa band.

Checked in yesterday and we're returned to this hotel because of the front desk and employees who are courteous, professional and helpful. Yes, I know this hotel 3-star or 2.5-star, but because of this hotel staff, especially a lady whose name is Dori, who is very friendly, professional, helpful. Shout out to, Dori!!

Room was not very good, looked too much cramped, with little natural light.No privacy in the rooms. You can easily hear what's going on the other room. What more, you can peek into neighbours restrooms, through the adjoining sharing doors.Swimming pool non-functional.Poor laundry service, burned my brand new shirt.The reputation of Double Tree certainly taken a plunge. I didn't expect much from this 3 star hotel, but was surprised to see such bad privacy in rooms.Safety: Insecure rooms with privacy concerns. You can easily hear & peek into other adjoining rooms.High floor rooms are good, but this is about the low floor rooms.

When I checked in, they upgraded me to a room with a balcony. When I woke up the following day, a loud jackhammer went off inside the dryer-up pool. When I tried to open up the balcony door, the latch was broken, and I saw that it was drilled shut. After about three days of this, I went downstairs to ask if I could change rooms.Why would they put people in these rooms if they knew this was happening for the next three weeks? But at least I had some quiet now. But the new room AC doesn’t work.Two ⭐️ because the ?
