Elegant hall, but needs refinements how to serve food for large gatherings. Tea was weak and not hot there was no alternative sweetener except sugar. They hire young waiters who are not trained to serve with politeness.

We recently hosted a 50th birthday party at Oasis Palace in Newark , CA, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Nirav Shukla himself was instrumental in ensuring every aspect of the event was perfect, from decorations to food and all the arrangements in between.
Firstly, Nirav expertise in decoration deserves special mention. The venue was beautifully adorned according to our preferences, creating a festive and inviting atmosphere that perfectly suited the occasion. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the elegant table settings to the vibrant backdrop , welcome table and photo booth added a joyful touch.
The food provided was also exceptional. Nirav offered a diverse menu that catered to various tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring that every guest had something delicious to enjoy. The presentation was impeccable, and the quality of the dishes was consistently praised by our guests.
Moreover, Nirav’s professionalism and dedication were apparent throughout the planning process and during the event itself. He was attentive to our needs and preferences, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. From coordinating to overseeing the timing of activities, Nirav’s presence ensured that we could relax and enjoy the party without any worries.
Overall, our experience at Oasis , Newark, CA with Nirav Shukla was absolutely fantastic. If you're looking for a venue where attention to detail, delicious food, and excellent service are top priorities, Nirav is the perfect choice. We couldn't have asked for a better host for our celebration, and we highly recommend Oasis and Nirav Shukla for any special event.

The hospitality here is incredible. Both Nirav and Mike are amazing to work with, ensuring your event is truly special by going above and beyond. I got married here on 5/24/24, and everything exceeded my expectations. The decorations and services were outstanding. I highly recommend using their decoration services for convenience and flawless execution. Our food tasting was enjoyable, and the wedding dinner buffet was delightful, with all guests appreciating the delicious food, a highlight of the evening. I will host all my future events here. I choose Oasis for my preceding events and it exceeded all expectations. Not only was it affordable, but the quality of the experience was outstanding. The highlight was undoubtedly the food, which was delicious. Nirav Shukla, the coordinator, played a pivotal role in ensuring all the details that I wanted were there and the decor was affordable, yet tasteful. Overall, it was a fantastic choice for anyone looking to host a memorable pre-wedding event without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

Don’t ruin your occasion at this place. Multiple events on same day. Awful food, poor seating, very cheap table cloths, dance floor is very small and very slippery. If you have low budget this place is ok, you can get cheap rates but I recommend do outside catering services. Food is very bad here ……

Horrible service from staff. Let the list begin:
1.) While planning the event, the “coordinator” Nirav, was being very biased and personal opinion based on the lay out and design instead of trying to do his best to accommodate for the couple
2.) For the stage, he had promised multiple times that he will get a sample of the color of the stage and didn’t get us any samples at all
3.) On the day of the event, Nirav was being very rude vs being helpful. When planning had begun he promised certain items and the day of the event he made us pay last minute for these promised items (which we have documentation showing he would provide). He also spoke to the groom on the phone and was literally yelling at the groom over the phone.
4.) When food vendors arrived, we were allowed 2 entrees”, Nirav threw a huge fit saying the vendor didn’t bring them in the correct packaging. Instead of being helpful and proactive, he made my uncle and myself transfer curry into foil trays (we were both wearing our suits)
5.) The way the staff had the food out was very disorganized. They were holding back refills, and when I asked they had 2 full trays of food hidden…makes no sense. They didn’t rotate the food, so food was cold. It’s like they were saving food for themselves. There was no assistance when asked by Nirav or any one from the staff.
6.) We had to ask multiple times for the AC to be turned on. It was literally half way point to a sauna in the hall.
7.) Our DJ’s truck got broken into while we were partying. There’s no sense of urgency from security, now that I think of it, I didn’t see any security at all.
Do not book at this place. These are greedy individuals who will do anything to maximize profit. Unprofessional from the owner to their staff. If I could rate negative, I definitely would. I’m not sure how this place gets any positive reviews at all.

Weekend Buffet:
Stale, cold food on the buffet lines.
Aloo tiki hard, leathery and shriveled up from sitting on the line. Appearance is like it is left over from yesterday.
Watch for plates with chipped edges, many of them dirty with food residues.
Dum biryani tasted stale like it was left over from yesterday. Chicken was hard and leathery. Same with fish pakora/fritters. No employee monitoring the buffet lines. When something is low or out, you have to get a hold of an employee and ask them to refill it. Overall, a very lousy experience.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. The price is similar to other buffets and the food quality and services way, way below par. Save your money and try another buffet. One that comes to mind is Hub61 in Milpitas.

My daughter’s sweet 16 party could not have been possible without Nirav Shukla. He brought our vision to life and accommodated our needs. He treated us like family and went above and beyond for everything. We were blown away when we saw the decorations, which showcased his attentiveness. He checked in with us every few hours to make sure everything was running smoothly. All my guests praised the food and thought it was delicious especially the appetizers. Definitely recommend this place for those wanting to host any parties or large events, and had a great experience working with Nirav.

Caution is advised when dealing with him, particularly for couples, as he exhibits cunning behavior and attempts to drive a wedge between them to secure his own interests. While the establishment itself is excellent, the management can be misleading. It’s important to remember that the place does not solely belong to Nirav Shukla. It’s advisable to approach interactions with him with a strategic mindset or have a marketing representative accompany you for any new bookings. Additionally, it’s recommended to assign someone to oversee the food at the stalls throughout the event to ensure proper portioning.

If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. We had our daughter's reception at the venue last Sunday.Right from the beginning they were able to guide me with pricing and what to expect with food, decorations etc. my initial assumption was that they will just treat me as any other customer after I booked the place.I was in for a surprise. Nirav who is the manager of the venue went out of the way to make sure we had a wonderful function. The attention to details to the decorations, going out of the way to make sure that we engage with the chef Prakash to get our desired food choices, getting our DJ and bartender arranged was nothing but amazing.The function was at 6:30 and when we arrived at 5:30, the venue was all setup exactly as we expected and in some areas exceeded our expectation.I would strongly recommend this place and Nirav is a wonderful person to work with. Kudos to the chef Prakash for some of the best food we had.Our guests were all appreciative of the food and the venue.All in all, an amazing job by their team.
