If I could put zero stars I would. Absolutely worst records company I have worked with. Account manager is always non existant, and never replies to emails. Navigating the company to reach accounts payable seems to be nearly impossible. I continue to receive past due payment notices even after providing proof of payments to their system, but no one seems to take initiative or ownership of the complete failure of the response.The local service team and the drivers are absolutely wonderful. If I could rate them separetely I would, but this company as a whole is a bust. I miss working with DataSafe. I have full intentions to pull my storage out of their warehouses and use a competator.
