I just want to say the branch Manager Kevin Smith is such an amazing person. I Came in to cash my check and the staff accused me of having a fraudulent check, even after the fact that I brought my Manager with to confirm that this check was not fraud. It took a couple of days to receive any type of help until I met Kevin and he was able to resolve this in as matter of minutes. Thank You Kevin, this is why your the boss !!!!!!!!! Kevin is the only reason i'm staying with Citibank.

I have visited here only a few times (not the branch closest to my home). Overall their service is good. Never had to wait for long. They open other more counters, if there is a long queue starts forming. Associates are friendly and ready to help. Parking is easy. ATM is outside. And only problem is, you never know when they are closed. I went there couple of times (after COVID started), to find that the bank is closed. It might be some arrangement by Citibank itself, but not sure.

BEWARE. citibank KYC can and will lock your account. Causing disruption to autopay items. CITI send you a letter asking your SOURCE of WEALTH...meaning ...where did YOUR money came from. For long time customer....most tend to ignore it thinking it is just gimmicky sales call. And thus you get your account LOCKED...meaning scheduled payments get rejected and you get charged for their screw up. Why screw up? History; citi screwed up back in 2018 by not providing sufficient data about their clients. The feds are having citi get clients to prove client money is legit.

Good banking experience. Quick. Good parking no fuss. Only one guy in front of me in line. Just long enough to glance at inspirational posters on the wall. One of a guy telling his younger self to save earlier. Another of a young lady who doesn't need more shoes rather needs to save for buying a house. Parking connected with slow mall and in abundant supply. No fuss no frills banking. Heavy duty bullet proof glass is a sobering reality check of the times we live in.

I came here to try to resolve an issue that had taken months to fix by phone with customer service. Su, the branch manager was so supportive and gracious in helping me that it was overwhelming. I had just undergone (2) heart surgeries in a 24 hour period and was in dire need of a refund owed to me from a business account. When I informed Su of my situation, she went all in to help me fix the situation. I was amazed at her dedication as I wasn't some wealthy tech guy but an average guy trying to get back the 300 dollars from my small business account. Yet Su treated me like I was the wealthiest man on Earth. Between her and the Branch Manager from the Downtown Oakland Branch on 14th Broadway I will make sure to keep my business accounts with Citibank. Too bad the corporate structure isn't on par with the Branch Managers.

Less staff with no services in bank no one printers are not working and there is only one person to assist customer long wait and suggested to talk with customer service what ever questions I asked her she is suggesting me to call customer service

This branch is the worst bank ive been to, the past manager was a complete b***** especially when they screw up your deposit . The latest problem ive had is the atm machine took the money i was trying to deposit and shot out a receipt saying the machine is broken and didnt credit my account. The bank personnel basically sent me away and said call the customer service which is an ordeal in its self dealing with those idiots. When all is said and done they said they couldnt find any record of that transaction and im a** out the money. So i guess citibank is ok with stealing from clients. Ive been with citibank since before they were citibank and i have multiple accounts, my kids bank with citibank, and they are not going to credit me money that was lost in there machine. Well citibank can eat s*** im going have to close my accounts and so will my kids. SO BECAREFUL CITIBANK WILL STEAL FROM YOU

Beth pigeon was coming off a little rude when I came in (I'm not a customer) for change. I asked for a certain amount of pennies, nickels, and quarters and I repeated it 2 times, which of course I had no problem with, and she asked "so you didn't need any nickels" and I replied with "oh yes $4 please" and she said "yeah that's what I was asking". I continue with the transaction and I ask about the $4 in pennies I asked for and she proceeded to give me slight attitude saying "you asked for $4 this is $4. Each one is .50 cents". Ma'm as anybody else would I was just double checking and as a non customer this was a horrible experience with Citibank.

Citibank had lots of parking in front, indicating short line inside. yep. no waiting. quick service. turned down a candy cane cuz i eat few sweets now, just chocolate.
