“Love the color coordinated sections and how the clothes are sorted by type and size and color. I was able to find what I wanted fairly easily. Found some good deals on jumper and seat too.”

Helpful service staff and new self checkout service.Four stars only because I find the garment quality to have gone down as compared to previous years. They seem to not fit so well and the workmanship is shoddy, specially in women shirts and dresses. I hope they can find their groove back.”

“There are good promotions but, despite being in an Outlet, most of the products are at their original price.
It's still worth a visit, as the products are of high quality and affordable.
The store is in a very privileged location within the mall, as it has doors to two corridors, and is right in the center of the mall.”

“I really love this location JOSH is Super Awesome and Rebecca too . Both Manager helped beyond expectation and apologized for a register error and had to Re-ring 1200 dollars worth of merchandise and gave me $20.00 worth of store coupons for my time and inconvenience. Both are very knowledgeable about the Barclays Old Navy Credit card. I also wanted to send a special shout out to Lead Employee Marissa who I was so impressed with and showed me the Best ever customer service experience EVER and the other Sales Associate Maria who helped ring me up. I came in a day earlier to use my coupons and was advised that I couldn't use it until the next day. Marissa pre rung about 6 bags to ensure each one amounted to 75 in order to use the coupons. She was patient (as I went back and fourth for items) knowledgeable in math ( when it came to totaling and deducting sale price items). I love her she is why I am writing this review and to Josh and Rebecca for my previous experience and for JOSH offering to assist me the next day to use my coupons. I will be going there this morning can't wait!!!”

“The Athleta in Palo Alto is my go-to shop for athleisure clothing. As much as I appreciate the convenience of online shopping, I love being able to try things on in store when I'm not sure about a style or I'm not sure about the sizing of something. The store is always very clean and pleasant, and the staff is courteous and helpful.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience once I walked and I was greeted and I mentioned my situation in needing a dress for a wedding last minute and two beautiful gowns were picked out. I ended up purchasing the first gown I tried on and a matching vest for my partner. I also bought some beautiful earrings and was overall very very happy with my experience”
“I love everything about this place. Non-toxic and organic everything! I know I can always find something for my daughter. They have clothes, books, toys, and furniture. Just a heads up, it is $$$$ (and yes, four dollar signs); it is easy to spend $$$$ on a few things. Whenever Christmas or my daughter's birthday comes up, I know where to go. The reason for two stars? Limited on what they offer and parking. Definitely take a visit if you have a upcoming baby shower or a birthday party for kids!”
“I came shopping for my newborn and found so many cute things and there was a nice sale happening as well. I found a lot of things I needed and I'm glad because I didn't want to wait for shipping. I came with a new Carters credit card and I didn't know I was suppose to activate it before. The young lady at the register was nice and patient and told me what I needed to do to use my card that day.”
“Malls are becoming ghost towns but I'm so glad Southland has "cool" stores for teens. Last minute school shopping for my daughter went to H&M, forever21 and she even got a piercing ?”
“My family and I are big H&M fans and this place is no exception. Every time I am in the great mall this place is a must stop as with the Santana Row location. There is less people here which makes the location good. Not cramped like other locations. Like every other H&M the prices are very affordable and this is a place for everyone to get some nice clothes here. I am super shocked they have clothes and even shoes in my size. Who knew. Every other location is just too bland but this one does the trick. Drawback: I could appreciate it if the employees are not so absent minded and actually act professional. Some of them are not very considerate of customers who are opting to try on clothes. Excuse me but those clothes are not yours, you don't own them just yet.”
“A pretty pricey store but they carry elegant beautiful dresses esp for special occasions I bought my kids outfits here for their first Christmas photo they also had the perfect white newborn dresses for my baby’s blessing I highly recommend purchasing here for special occasions it’s worth the money & memory speaking from personal experience”
“Whenever my kids needs clothes, we'll take them here. This is the only place I've been to, where the waist of the pants are adjustable. I already spend time adjusting the length of the pants, why spend more time adjusting the waist? This past weekend, we were here to buy pants for our son and for our daughter. We couldn't find the pants size that my son wears so I asked an employee for help. She immediately checked their inventory and I was able to get the colors and sizes that I needed. Whenever I ask an employee to check inventory at other stores, they will give me the same line, "If you don't see it, we don't have it." Also, when it was my turn to pay, I noticed that 2 customers behind me, was standing too close to me. When I turn my face, one of the customer's face was literally close up to mine. I politely tell the cashier that I'm not with them and she immediately took care of it. I respect everyone's privacy and I hope other people respect mine. I don't want people to hear all of my private info while I'm telling the cashier or even when I'm paying. I will definitely be back when my kids' need more clothes.”
“From a store I was walking by and did not give it too much attention. Nautica became one of the stores I must visit every month. The new collection of T Shirts is what hooked me. Simple with good cut. Service is always great, and prices are good on most and amazing when the sales are on.”
“I love this location! Karen and the girls are always friendly and helpful when I stop by. The store seems to have a decent selection of items and is more organized compared to the other stores which is a plus. I also enjoy the fact that they're located in the mall too. “I met a man at the Campbell Farmers Market who was selling hand made tens with unique textile prints. I loved the print because it has birds of paradise on them! It really is hard to find birds of paradise print on a clothing item that looks flattering and looks fashion forward! I bought a skirt that I will wear to work high waisted! Loved the vibrant colors and the sporadic birds of paradise. If you haven't caught in... Birds of paradise is my favorite flower! Also a portion of the profit goes to helping African women with jobs and the education of HIV in Ghana! So not only do I buy something good... I am helping those who are less fortunate! I will be looking forward for more clothing items with different birds of paradise!”
