The owner is wonderful — he’s friendly, professional, and goes out of his way to make sure families feel welcome and taken care of. You can really tell he cares about his customers and the community. “I really love this location JOSH is Super Awesome and Rebecca too . Both Manager helped beyond expectation and apologized for a register error and had to Re-ring 1200 dollars worth of merchandise and gave me $20.00 worth of store coupons for my time and inconvenience. Both are very knowledgeable about the Barclays Old Navy Credit card. I also wanted to send a special shout out to Lead Employee Marissa who I was so impressed with and showed me the Best ever customer service experience EVER and the other Sales Associate Maria who helped ring me up. I came in a day earlier to use my coupons and was advised that I couldn't use it until the next day. Marissa pre rung about 6 bags to ensure each one amounted to 75 in order to use the coupons. She was patient (as I went back and fourth for items) knowledgeable in math ( when it came to totaling and deducting sale price items). I love her she is why I am writing this review and to Josh and Rebecca for my previous experience and for JOSH offering to assist me the next day to use my coupons. I will be going there this morning can't wait!!!”

“They are now more reasonable with an updated return policy for online orders. Instead of outright rejection of online order's return, I can now get an exchange of the same item for different sizing. It is still not ideal (compared to the prevailing return policy which is mostly generous with no question asked), but this is a step-up from demanding me to mail in my online orders back at my own expense. I will still think twice before shopping online for any Uniqlo items.”

“After having a no so great experience at the Southland store, I decided to go to the Milpitas store to finish back to school shopping. The staff was friendly and I would like to give a special shout out to Maggie. There were issues with my transaction and despite the store being busy, she was extremely friendly and worked with me and my family until the issue was resolved. She was so sweet and kind, I would definitely make she long drive back to Milpitas anytime.”
“My family and I are big H&M fans and this place is no exception. Every time I am in the great mall this place is a must stop as with the Santana Row location. There is less people here which makes the location good. Not cramped like other locations. Like every other H&M the prices are very affordable and this is a place for everyone to get some nice clothes here. I am super shocked they have clothes and even shoes in my size. Who knew. Every other location is just too bland but this one does the trick. Drawback: I could appreciate it if the employees are not so absent minded and actually act professional. Some of them are not very considerate of customers who are opting to try on clothes. Excuse me but those clothes are not yours, you don't own them just yet.”
“I came shopping for my newborn and found so many cute things and there was a nice sale happening as well. I found a lot of things I needed and I'm glad because I didn't want to wait for shipping. I came with a new Carters credit card and I didn't know I was suppose to activate it before. The young lady at the register was nice and patient and told me what I needed to do to use my card that day.”
“A pretty pricey store but they carry elegant beautiful dresses esp for special occasions I bought my kids outfits here for their first Christmas photo they also had the perfect white newborn dresses for my baby’s blessing I highly recommend purchasing here for special occasions it’s worth the money & memory speaking from personal experience”

Customer service is decent, though the staff seems to expect customers to make a purchase—if you browse without buying anything, they don’t seem too pleased.
The store is not very busy, with typically one or two customers inside at a time. Street parking is limited which can be a challenge at times.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I give them a 5 out of 5 to support their business and the effort they put into preserving and providing authentic Afghan fashion and accessories. If you’re looking for traditional Afghan clothing and jewelry, this is a great place to check out!”
“Alexis is amazing!! I came in with a return for an online order of $299. It was about 30-35 pieces of clothing. I came in right as soon as they opened hoping it would be fast. Apparently when making a return they have to have the items in order because they need to manually type in the price of each item after you scan them. (So d**** in my opinion) So i decided to help her organize each item by the list on the return form. Not even 20 minutes and the line was getting long, fast. However Alexis was a great help! She was efficient, didn't make me feel anyway for taking up so much of her time. The manager (a man) on the other hand was rude!! I seen him giving me ugly looks because I was keeping his staff a while doing the return. And the line was getting long, fast. So someone needs to talk to him about customer service. Alexis was amazing! Did my full return for me and did it happily, i wish I could've tipped her but since it's retail I hope her manager see's this yelp review and congratulates her in some way, shape or form for her outstanding customer service. Thank you!”
“From a store I was walking by and did not give it too much attention. Nautica became one of the stores I must visit every month. The new collection of T Shirts is what hooked me. Simple with good cut. Service is always great, and prices are good on most and amazing when the sales are on.”
