**Never shopping here ever again**
Be careful shopping at this location as they may overcharge!!! Visited this store and bought (3) Sanrio t-shirts that retailed for $10/each. When I went up to pay, the card reader read $333.23. I let the employee know and I thought she had property fixed it. The reader basically showed the correct price but when I checked my bank statement, she charged me the initial price of $333.23 instead of $33.23. I’m mad af because I noticed it last minute! I’m in the process of having the transaction disputed, but until then I’m waiting for their customer service email to get back to me. Shop here at your own risk and make sure to keep your receipts and double check if they charged you the correct amount!

I love this store they have really cute clothes for great prices. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. I loved Charlotte Russe for years I’m glad this store was able to stay open.

I bought a few pieces at this place. They handed me the purchases in a bag, they said the ticket was inside. When I got home the ticket was not there, but they made an additional charge on my card. I went to the store and they said they couldn't do anything without the ticket.

It’s stupid that you can only try on clothes at 12 and not 11 when they open the employees are so rude and act like the customer is stupid plus the place is super disorganized and messy. Bad place.

Not a REAL Charlotte Russe. Employees are unhelpful and refuse to follow written Charlotte Ruse Policy. They say they are a different store from online and have their own policy, and don’t have to follow Charlotte Russe policies for “all stores.”
