AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I shop here almost every week and came with my family yesterday... The manager MARIA threatened to kick my little brother out the store for laughing and cussed him out while rolling her eyes.

Burlington in Fremont has many item like shoes, clothes kids toys or household goods in which the ladies shoes I believe are good ones.

I came here, not sure what I wanted, and ended up buying a pair of shoes in the clearance area for $9. Thing was they had several others I was considering, but these were comfortable, and they fit me well enough. Having said that, finding decent quality shoes can sometimes be a pill at Burlington. Not so much today. As I didn't really look in the clothing section, the only thing I noticed was for such a large space, the clothing section was really spread out, which I'm sure has some sort of meaning.

This place was so low on stock for such a LARGE STORE! wasn't worth the trip. Yet clean, tidy, and friendly staff.

price was ok but the management was a disaster. Items are thrown everywhere and its hard to find stuff you want. Also, lots of items are under stocked.
I suggest the management team to pay a visit to the store location in downtown Manhattan. Even they did a much better job, why can't you?
