“I had a accident where my EV ford mustang mach e was hit and run at the signal of mowry and fremont Blvd. It completely damaged my back fender and also 2 sensors. After much research on the web, found BJP Auto Body & Repair and took my car for the estimate. The estimate I got was $2,042 which was much lower compared to other auto shops. And since it was hit and run my insurancce did not cover any cost and I had to pay entirely. The owner Fazila was very helpful, handled it super professionally by communicating me at very stage of the repair, did great work on the car and also provided excellent service by dropping my car back to my house.
I would highly recommend this BJP auto body shop for anybody who wants to have quality work and fair price and timely delivery.”

“I took my Tesla Y to Crystal Auto Body to repair the front bumper and 3 fenders after a car accident. Basir and his brother did a wonderful job, they fixed the car in a few days despite they were busy and my tesla looks brand new, they charged much less than other body shop quoted me. The first day when I dropped my car just before the lunch time Basir offered me a ride to my work he was a nice guy. The end result was great and I liked how the car looks clean and new. “Jesse was very HELPFUL and COMMUNICATIVE with the status and gave constant UPDATES. When the car part did not arrive in time from the company, he switched gears and LOCATED another used part that would fit and come in sooner.

They work very well in communicating with my insurance GEICO and it was a very smooth process in handing over my keys to when I got it back. It did take a couple of weeks, (luckily I had car rental insurance) but I know they did what they could and I'm glad they found a faster solution.

After fixing my door to PERFECT condition, I mentioned that I have a different car part that eventually needs to replace. Jesse didn't rush but TOOK THE TIME to help me LOCATE a car part that was missing and went out of is way to make calls and update me.

He made reccomendations to help me find a CHEAPER alternative! I really appreciated the TRANSPARENCY in pricing and helpfulness.

When I got into my car, I realized they CLEANED the INTERIOR. The floor was dirt-free and dashboard dust-free. It hadn't had it cleaned in years, so that was a nice touch!

He was very helpful and suggested I bring it in that following morning so that he could access the damage. What ended up happening is he repaired the scratches for me complementary! We've used his services when our cars needed major work. He has taken excellent care of our vehicles as well as many of our customers. I highly recommend he and his team.”

“The trunk spring of my car broke and fell on my head when I am reaching for items in the trunk.Based on recommendations from a Fremont Chinese Facebook group, I brought the car to Kin.I arrive at the shop around 5PM and he started working on it right away. Kin was very frank with me that he may not be able to fix it but he will try and if he cannot fix it, he will not charge me, something I have never heard of in this day.When I arrived at the shop it was one hour before his closing time and after working on it for about an hour, he asked me to leave the car, go home and he will spend more time on it tonight.An hour later, he called and let me know it is fixed. We live nearby so very happy to come back and pick up the car.There is no high tech tool that can be used for this. He had to rip most of the stuffs out of the trunk in order to fix it. Mostly elbo greese. When I arrived at the shop, I can tell he was very sweaty from working on the spring.For a small job like that, he spent over two hours on it and charged me a very reasonable prices. I am very lucky to have met Kin. He is a honest and hard working man. I will definately return for more business.”
