“My Volt battery died and was reluctant to change it out because of the cost. I noted that they are on BBB so I trusted to use them and was not disappointed in the end result. So far so good and in hindsight I suspect that the original cause of the failure was self inflicted by driving an electric vehicle like a gas car!!!!!! the work was not done as quickly as expected but I was not in a hurry anyway.I am happy with the result thank you ****!!Huw”
“first time at this shop. very nice. In a nice industrial area. Carlos helped me with my caravan's battery issue. he tested it and it was bad battery. Then found me a brand new battery with 5 year warranty and installed it. Very cool and helpful dude. I would highly recommend this place. “I had a very stressful morning , my grandfathers tire popped , and he gave me a $100 bill to go buy him a tire patch , and when I get inside the store a great employee helped me find the tire patches , and when it was time to pay I only had my $100 my grandpa gave me and no card , and the employee by the name of Kylie went out of her way and payed for my item because they had no change ! she payed it out of her own debit card , she was very kind and very helpful . people like her should never go unnoticed she definitely deserves a raise , she is a great person and I will never forget this experience .”
“Just to show that it is a good parts store, they have quality parts, I bought everything to tune up my Toyota Sienna. I bought spark plugs, Ignition wire set, PCV valve and Carburator Cleaner, everything cost me 220 dollars and the best thing was there was staff who attended to you in Spanish :)”

As a general rule, I find the staff to be helpful -- they are not always perfect, but O'Reilly does seem to hire people who know the difference between the water pump and the alternator on a car. And they seem to train them. And this O'Reilly location meets that expectation.”

“It’s nearby the In-N-Out burger, approximately 7min away and also 7min away from our home as well.. so it’s pretty convenient as I don’t have to go to AutoZone which is further. I accidentally took out the high beam light instead of the low beam, good thing the salesperson is good and helpful so we were able to get what we really needed. Thanks a lot. “My headlight burnt out. I called this shop on California Avenue in Mountain view, and they found the right bulb for my car. I brought in the car, and struggled to change the bulb myself in my parking space in front of the store. The sweet salesperson who had sold me the bulb saw me through the window, clearly figured out that I had no idea what I was doing, and came out to help. In a few minutes, he figured out how to remove the old bulb and replace it with the new, not so straightforward a process. He was kind, polite, not condescending, very understanding and sweet. His name is Oscar and he ROCKS. He is a lovely young man, and he makes this store look really good. He absolutely refused to take money, which is further evidence of his integrity. If you go to this store and need advice or help, ask for Oscar.”
