I came there about 6 months ago. Before 6 months ago I learned to call them before going there throwing away used oil if they have a room or not. So 6 months ago I called them up for the used oil room. They said they do have room. It takes 10 minutes drive from my home to autozone. As soon as I brought the oil, they said we don't have a space for that. I even talked to the guy who answered my phone call. He said nope.

we came in to ask if anyone can check my alternator. that lady or man at the register immediately said “no we only have two people sorry”. autozone shouldn’t advertise this if they arent able to do it. there was no line & wasnt busy so not sure how at least one person couldnt help.

Zack was great helping choose the correct wiper blades for the car. He even installed them after purchasing them! It was a quick sale and install.

Went there to return items purchased from autozone online. Although the store manager seemed unhappy, he accepted my return. Picked up a new pair of best rotors I can find there , but one of them has a long scratch on the service during inspection at the store. The store owner said it should be ok and mechanics would accept it. Well, that is why I don’t let mechanic do the(sloppy) work. I returned it immediately at the store. Overall the store treated customer ok. It’s just the quality of Duralast (gold) rotor is worrying.

Nick was absolutely amazing! I drove here after my battery died and helped me throughout the entire process. He was in communication with his manager and was extremely professional. Overall, I needed to replace my battery and he helped me find a new one and even installed it. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion. Best employee I've met in a while! :)
